The experience of sleeping in a hammock suspended high above the mountains of Tijesno Canyon is one that you will never forget. Drift off to sleep and experience the peace and tranquillity of the surrounding environment and all its beauty. You can feel the wind blowing through your hair and the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Curious Lion
Lions are majestic animal and they are known for their majestic manes. But don't let their fierce looks fool you, they are big softies at heart. For instance, did you know that lion cubs purr like cats? But despite their softer side, they are still predators and should not be taken lightly.
The King of the Jungle may be tempted by the drone above him, believing that he could easily make it his next prey. However, what he doesn't realize is that the drone does not make for a tasty meal no matter how much he may try to stalk it like a regular animal in the wild.
Shallow Waters
This stunning drone photo is a true masterpiece. It captures a group of fishermen throwing out their nets from their fishing boats. We are not sure, though what they will be able to catch in such shallow water, as some of the men are in a boat while others are wading in the sand on the bottom.
With the water being so shallow, the fish can easily be spooked and it can be hard to approach them without scaring them away. In addition, visibility is often limited in shallow water, making it difficult to observe the fish and choose the right bait or lure

Just Want Some Time To Ourselves
Marriage ceremonies can be a tiring event, especially if a wedding party is intent on keeping the party going all night long! From the bridal party getting ready all morning, to the reception going late into the night, it can be an exhausting affair. Not to mention, the stress of making sure everything goes perfectly can be overwhelming.
This amazing drone photo of two newlyweds was a happy accident, according to the photographer. Brandon Li, a travel filmmaker, was soaring his drone above Hong Kong in search of a stunning image of the sun setting when he unexpectedly captured a romantic moment of two newlyweds lying on a rooftop.
Surrounded By A School
The photo shows a menacing shark surrounded by a school of fish. The silver scales glistening in the light highlight the shark's powerful body. The fish are in perfect formation, undisturbed by the presence of the shark. The photo captures a moment in time, providing a glimpse into the fascinating dynamics of the underwater world.
The shark is the apex predator, and its presence is both feared and respected by the fish. The fish are aware of the shark's power and size, yet they remain unafraid. It is a testament to the resilience of nature, and to the respect, the two species have for each other.
Ship Cemetery
The Staten Island Boat Graveyard is a maritime graveyard full of rusting old vessels that have seen better days. It's like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie, but with a much less dramatic soundtrack. The boat graveyard was originally a dumping ground for old and broken vessels, it's become a tourist attraction of sorts.
People come from all over to take pictures of these decaying ships and the unique landscapes they create. The vessels are all so different, each with its own unique story. We can't help but chuckle at the thought of some of these boats in their glory days.
Off The Runway
A Pegasus Airlines plane skidded off the runway at Trabzon Airport in Turkey and ended up dangling precariously on the edge of a cliff. The Boeing 737-800 was carrying 168 passengers and crew members, including 162 passengers when it overran the runway after touching down. Fortunately, all passengers and crew on board were safely evacuated without any reported major injuries. Thankfully, the plane did not fall to the bottom and it stopped short of the waters below.
A malfunction caused the plane to veer to the left and land on this precarious strip, but the weather seems to be holding up so that is our only guess.
Magic of Nature
This stunning photo captures the moment a Mobula devil ray bursts out of the ocean. It's an incredible feat of luck that the camera managed to catch this action shot! Is it a creature from Earth's oceans, or a spaceship from a science fiction movie?
This stunning drone shot captures the beauty of the giant devil ray, an endangered species which is quite docile toward humans. Also known as flying rays, these creatures are capable of jumping up to six to seven feet in the air when they breach the water. There are several reasons why they do this, including mate-seeking, getting rid of parasites, and socializing with peers.

Water Is Such A Powerful Force
The sheer power of water is awe-inspiring. After a heavy rainstorm, rivers can quickly swell and cause devastating floods, as evidenced by the washed-away section of the road in this image. Water is a formidable force of nature. Additionally, when water seeps into the ground beneath a road, it can cause the soil to become unstable, which can lead to further damage.
In extreme cases, roads can completely wash away due to high amounts of water. To prevent water from damaging roads, it is important to ensure they are properly built and maintained. Keeping drainage systems clear and regularly checking for signs of damage can help keep roads safe.
Glimpse Into the Boneyard
Thousands of US military aircraft have been brought here when they're no longer needed for active service. While it's mostly off-limits to visitors, it serves a number of functions, such as storing planes in case they’re ever needed again, repairing them, and disassembling them for scrap and spare parts.
The Davis-Monthan Air Force Boneyard in Tucson, Arizona is an incredible site to behold. Located on the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, the Boneyard is home to thousands of decommissioned military aircraft that have been retired from service. The Boneyard is the largest aircraft storage and preservation facility in the world, covering over 2,600 acres of land.
Black Sand Looked Wonderful
Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach is a spectacular sight to behold. Located on the southern coast of Iceland, the beach stretches for several miles and is dotted with towering basalt columns and other natural formations. But the most captivating feature of this beach is the powerful surf that crashes against the black sand shoreline.
On a clear day, visitors to the beach can watch the waves roll in from the North Atlantic, crashing against the shore with a deafening roar. The sound of the waves reverberates off of the rocky cliffs, creating a mesmerizing and powerful soundtrack. The waves often reach heights of 15 feet or more, creating a spectacular show.
Abandoned but Not Forgotten
In 2003, Six Flags acquired the amusement park formerly known as Jazzland and rebranded it as Six Flags New Orleans (SFNO). Opening in 2000, SFNO quickly became a popular destination for families across Louisiana.
The park has been left in disrepair for the past 16 years, with no plans to reopen it shortly. Although many of the former attractions remain intact, the park has become a haven for graffiti and vandalism, with some of its iconic rides having been stripped for parts. Despite its disrepair, the park remains a popular destination for urban explorers and photographers drawn to its haunting beauty.
Let The Drone Do Its Thing
As the pandemic led to lockdowns, Adas Vasiliauskas, a Lithuanian photographer, decided to take an innovative approach to document the situation. He flew his drone outside his friends' homes and took photos of them from their windows. One of his friends and his family were spotted wearing tin foil hats for the photo, providing a humorous moment in an otherwise difficult time.
With the lonely lockdowns and all his professional missions canceled, Adas offered families in his neighborhood the chance to pose for him, through the window or on their terraces, with their agreement. His goal was to bring a bit of fun and smiles to their days.
Just Need Some Air
We have always been fascinated by wind turbines, those towering structures that generate electricity and energy from the spinning of the blades. This renewable energy source is beneficial for the world, yet constructing and setting up the turbines is an incredibly difficult job. It takes an expert as the dizzying heights would be enough to make many of us give up on the first day.
Does spending time at the top of a wind turbine constitute sane behavior? Even if the person is a professional attempting to do some kind of maintenance or repair, it does not change the fact that it is a dangerous activity.
Gateway to the Underworld
From high up, the Kraken Hole, also known as the Glory Hole, looks quite intimidating. However, it is an artificial spillway in a California reservoir, designed to prevent flooding in the event the reservoir becomes too full. A unique geological feature located in Napa Valley is a large sinkhole that was created when a large void opened up in the ground due to water erosion.
The void is filled with a deep, dark pool of water and is the deepest known sinkhole in Napa Valley. From above, it appears like a terrifying vortex that could drag unsuspecting individuals into an abyss of unknown horrors.
Mayday, Mayday
Morrison's Quarry is a historic site in Cornwall, England. It is located on the cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula and has been in operation since the mid-19th century. The quarry is named after James Morrison, a local landowner who opened the quarry in 1845. The quarry has been used for a variety of purposes over the years, including the extraction of granite for use in the construction of buildings, roads, and railways.
In addition, it has been used to produce slate for roofing and paving, and for the production of glass and pottery. Today, Morrison's Quarry is still in use, although it is now mainly used for recreational purposes, such as fishing and walking.
Squawking For Protection
A goose is a large waterfowl that belongs to the same family as ducks and swans. It is native to North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, and can be found in both fresh and saltwater habitats. Geese are characterized by their long necks, wide bills, and webbed feet.
The goose’s reaction is understandable, as the drone is an unfamiliar and potentially dangerous object in its environment. It is sending a clear message to the drone to leave its territory. Other birds in the area may join in with the goose’s honking and add to the chorus of alarmed birds warning the camera to stay away.
Be Friendly Next Time
A Minnesota man named Travis Duane Winters has been charged with two felonies after allegedly shooting down a drone costing $1,900 that was being used to investigate claims of animal cruelty at Butterfield Foods, a meat processing facility in the town of Butterfield. According to The Free Press, the man had been using the camera to investigate reports that chickens were being slaughtered due to the pandemic. He was subsequently arrested and charged with two counts of felony criminal damage to property.
Next time you see a drone, be friendly and avoid violence. You can even say hi to the camera.
Animated Fall Out
This unusual image captured by a drone covering a tennis match shows a player seemingly falling from a cartoon-like building. However, a closer look reveals that the player has collapsed or tripped dramatically on the court. The vibrant colors and the composition of the image creates a captivating visual impression, making it appear to be an animated scene.
The juxtaposition of movement and stillness, as well as sports and suffering, conveys a powerful and timeless message. The interplay of color, composition, action, immobility, sport, and pain are all elements that contribute to the timelessness of this image. Just hope that the player is okay.
Sculpture From Jail
It is incredibly eerie to see scary pictures from a drone. The combination of the drone’s bird’s-eye view and the sometimes-low resolution of the photos add a surreal element to the images. This can give the impression that something sinister is lurking in the shadows or something strange is happening in the area.
The notorious Scottish gangster-turned-artist, Jimmy Boyle, created an eerie 100ft aerial sculpture of a baby-like creature at Hunters Hall Park in Craigmillar, Scotland. Despite being convicted of the 1967 murder of another gangland figure, William "Babs" Rooney, Boyle still denies his guilt and served a 14-year sentence for the crime.
The Flabbergasting Pink Rabbit
In 2005, the Viennese art group Gelitin finished constructing a gargantuan, pink, stuffed rabbit with its innards spilling out, on the side of a mountain. The piece was impressive 200 ft long and 20 ft high on its sides. It is entitled "Hase," which is the German translation of hare, and often referred to as the "Pink Rabbit."
The work opened in 2005 and was expected to last until 2025, though it had almost completely decomposed by 2016. It gained further attention in 2021-2022 when it was shared on the internet. Now, instead of enjoying the masterpiece, it becomes a laughingstock making it appear like a shocked bunny from above.
The Drone Is Not Saved, But This Picture Is
If you’re an amateur drone enthusiast who does not need hi-def images and videos, then we suggest buying an affordable model online for under $100. This way, you can avoid potential disasters, such as your drone hitting something, being caught in a gust of wind, or even worse, plummeting into a body of water.
We have seen cases of unlucky flyers whose expensive flying cameras have been destroyed due to water entering their circuitry. One such individual even jumped into the water in a desperate attempt to rescue it but unfortunately, he was unsuccessful. Maybe, we can assume next time, he won't fly it near the waters.
Unrepairable Damage
Situated in the heart of Mesopotamia, the city of Mosul has long been a spiritual home for generations of Muslims. However, this was tragically brought to an end in 2017, when the historic 12th-century mosque which was the center of the city was destroyed by ISIS.
This destruction was not only limited to the mosque but also encompassed much of the surrounding city, leaving it in ruins. It is a sobering reminder of the devastating effects of war and conflict, and a sign of the immense suffering endured by the people of Iraq. Here's hoping for a brighter future for this ancient land.
Whale Tumbling Underwater
The incident has captivated scientists and whale lovers alike. It is unclear why the whale was doing this, or even if it was intentional. It could have been a playful behavior, or it could have been the whale using the backflip to escape a predator.
This one-in-a-million shot taken by a drone depicts a humpback whale breaching out of the water and landing startlingly close to a small pleasure boat. It is a humbling reminder of the sheer size of these gentle giants, and it serves as a warning that a wrong move could have caused the whale to land on the boat and cause immense damage.
Drones Ready For A Scratch
The cheetah is an iconic big cat found throughout Africa and in parts of the Middle East. It is the fastest land animal on Earth and can run up to speeds of 75 mph. This amazing characteristic has made the cheetah an incredible sight to behold in the wild.
It appears that this big cat in the wild is agitated that a drone was filming him without permission.
He is trying to knock it down to take it away. However, it is possible that he mistook the drone for a bird and was attempting to catch a meal. They are not only the fastest animals on land, but they can also climb trees and jump high off the ground, making them adept at hunting birds.
Clown In The Dying Cornfield
The photo in question was taken in Huntsville, Alabama in 2016 and shows a clown standing in a cornfield. This image is creepy, although the exact circumstances surrounding the clown's presence are unknown. The clown in the photo appears to be wearing a white mask with a red nose, and a yellow shirt. He is standing in the middle of the cornfield, surrounded by tall stalks of corn.
The bright colors of the clown's clothing stand out in stark contrast with the monochromatic dying cornfield, creating a surreal and eerie image. It's not known why the clown was standing in the cornfield, or what he was doing there.
Statue of Liberty In A Different View
A drone shot over the Statue of Liberty offers a stunning view of one of America's most iconic landmarks. From the air, the statue appears even more impressive than from the ground, with the intricate details of its design visible from every angle.
The view from the air also offers a unique perspective on the statue's size and location, with the harbor and the famed Liberty Island visible in the foreground. It's a symbol of freedom and has been featured in many television shows, movies, and music videos. The view also provides a unique perspective making it the perfect image to capture a moment in time and share with others.
Highway Disaster
The awe-inspiring drone photo captures the true magnitude of the 100-vehicle pile-up that occurred in Illinois. With treacherous roads covered in snow and ice, the slightest misstep can cause cars to spin out of control, leading to a devastating chain reaction. The pile-up likely began when the semi-trailers skidded off the road.
Thankfully, the first responders were able to arrive on the scene swiftly and offer assistance to those affected. It is important to remember that driving is a privilege and not a right, and it is our responsibility to ensure that we are doing our part to keep the roads safe.
Mountain Climbers Are Not Welcome
Seagulls are a type of seabird that can be found near oceans and seas around the world. They are opportunistic scavengers, meaning they will eat just about anything they can find, including fish, insects, and carrion. They are also known to steal food from humans, especially if the food is left out in the open.
The moment is made more incredible by the flock of gulls that appear to be attacking the mountain climber, seemingly angered by its presence. It is a perfect example of serendipity, as the gull's red-eyed glare is frozen in the shot for eternity. One can't help but wonder whether the scene is funny or frightening.
Always Be A Defensive Driver
Collapsing trucks are a dangerous sight on the road. These trucks are usually loaded with heavy items and, when they collapse, cause serious damage to the cargo, the truck, and potentially other vehicles on the road. In most cases, the cause of the truck collapse is due to overloaded cargo or a mechanical failure of the truck itself.
Professional photographer Ilya Martyanov captured a stunning yet somber image with her drone of a truck that had overturned in an accident, spilling out a mysterious yellow liquid. The stark contrast between the bright yellow and the darker glass and ground makes the scene almost appear artistic.
Submersible Robot Fish
The U.S. Navy has completed trials of the GhostSwimmer, an underwater drone designed to mimic the features and behavior of a big fish. Developed by Boston Engineering, a Massachusetts-based engineering firm, the device can be utilized for a variety of purposes, including collecting data on tides, currents, wakes, and weather conditions.
The robotic GhostSwimmer has been able to successfully replicate the movements and appearance of a real fish. With a battery life lasting long enough to enable it to swim to depths of up to 300 feet, this submersible fish can be operated via its auto-pilot function or by a laptop connected to it through a 500-foot tether.
