Kirk Douglas

The passing of the celebrated actor Kirk Douglas wasn't really surprising, considering he was 103 years old. Still, it came as a shock to his beloved family and fans when it happened in February 2020. To remember and mourn this historical Hollywood figure, we decided to take a look at the bedroom he had spent most of his time in for over 42 years. It was designed by the great Donald Wexler. The luxurious bedroom isn't even the most impressive room in the house because it has a wet bar, a tennis court, and 4 other bedrooms. Besides Kirk, another great actor lived in the property—Leonardo DiCaprio.

John Mayer

The interiors of the famous music star’s home is just admirable. We’re referring to John Mayer’s modern New York apartment. The singer who once dated Friends star Jennifer Aniston owns an elegant bachelor pad totally suited to a rockstar. Mayer’s deluxe house comes with a master bedroom decorated with Andy Warhol art prints. In 2014, the pop singer Lada Gaga bought a $23-million house in Malibu and it is simply spectacular. If you thought her bedroom would be a bit more...extraordinary, you're in for a surprise. Her beautiful beachside estate is rather elegant and there's nothing eccentric about it.  There's a baldachin bed surrounded by lamps, a sofa, and a small table in front of it. It also comes with a cozy balcony where Gaga can relax and enjoy some stunning views of Zuma Beach. Yes, we were a bit, but pleasantly surprised as well.

Like most wealthy celebs, Drake can live wherever he wants and he actually owns more than one property. Someone as loaded as he is can have any type of bedroom he wants. We would never want to leave this room!

When you're one of the most famous supermodels and a businesswoman too, you get to enjoy yourself in a home like this. Heidi Klum's luxurious $24-million Brentwood property which she bought back in 1999 is breathtaking. Her large swimming pool in front of the house is not the only part of it that will amaze you. The master bedroom is equally beautiful. Klum's choice is an elegant combo of white and grey with two matching chairs. It’s just one of the eight lavish bedrooms her Los Angeles mansion includes. We’d never think of leaving this place, but Klum sold it in 2014.

After all, it's a beach house so she has chosen the ideal choice for her Caribbean estate. And this is where the 65-year old beauty, model, actress, and businesswoman Christie Brinkley used to relax during the long summer days. It’s just one of the many bedrooms her Parrot Cay resort includes. She listed it in 2014 for $9 million! Now that we've seen where she sleeps, it's no wonder she looks so youthful!

Jason Bateman

This used to be Jason Bateman's bedroom before he listed the LA mansion for sale in 2014. The asking price was $2.25 million and instead of buying a larger place, like celebs usually do when they sell a property, he bought a secluded $1.85-million house with five bedrooms. Although not very large, the compound has everything one can possibly need. His bedroom features the classic white-beige combo like we have already seen many times. And that view...it appears so soothing no one would ever want to leave the bed.

Jennifer Lawrence

When Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson listed their lavish home back in 2013, Jennifer Lawrence hurried to grab the opportunity and buy this deluxe house. The place used to belong to several celebs before Simpson, and the entire compound is fit for royalty. From the luxurious living room to the opulent bedrooms, everything is magnificent. Jennifer's master suite is especially appealing. Beside the overly-pampered bed, there is a dressing table and a sitting area that are breathtaking. Right next to it, there’s a master bathroom with dual sinks, marble details and a large mirror.

Constance Zimmer

If you have watched Unreal, then you must know Constance Zimmer. If you have been wondering where the actress sleeps, just take a look at this photo! Actually, this was where she used to sleep before she sold the house last year. It’s safe to say that her master bedroom was truly unreal. The Spanish home is something different from what we have seen so far among celebs, with its distinct style. Zimmer's bedroom looks very much like seen in a magazine. She sold her Studio City property in April 2017 for $2.15 million.

Emily Blunt & John Krasinski

This gorgeous couple bought the beautiful Park Slope townhouse for $6 million but they didn't stay very long there. Their Brooklyn home hit the market recently and the initial asking price was $8 million. Whoever moved in next must be feeling lucky. The house is beautiful and so are the five bedrooms. The couple reportedly spent a lot of money (about $300K) on renovations but decided to say goodbye to the house as they didn't get to spend enough time in it. They then went on to splash $11 million on a new Brooklyn Heights pad in 2019.

Leonardo DiCaprio

What was your first impression when you saw this room? One of the most famous celebs in the world has chosen an elegant Malibu beach house as his summer retreat and it is stunning. The all-white bedroom looks so soothing and you can't put a price on that view (well, you can, but a $17.4 million house is meant only for stars like Leo). It must be very enjoyable to sleep facing the ocean but when your net worth is estimated at $245 million, you can do all sorts of things regular people can't do.

Eva Longoria

As opposed to all the neutral colors of the previous bedrooms we have seen, Eva's room comes as a novelty. Well, her former room. The beautiful Gabi from Desperate Housewives married a Mexican businessman in 2016 and welcomed her first child in 2018. Also, before the birth of her baby, she listed her longtime Hollywood Hills home for $3.8 million. Then, she purchased another Hollywood Hills mansion (the one Tom Cruise used to live in), and eventually listed it in 2018 for $9.8 million. We can only imagine what her new luxury mansion will look like!

D.J. Khaled

When celebs spot a luxury house for sale, they waste no time. Last year, DJ Khaled splashed $10 million on this Beverly Hills mansion that used to belong to Robbie Williams. This large compound with a swimming pool comes with a lavish master bedroom of course. If you thought a rapper like DJ Khaled would opt for something more colorful, you'd be surprised to see where he sleeps now. The luxurious elegant room features neutral colors such as white and beige, which offer a perfect sens of relaxation, with luxe chandelier hanging in the corner.

Matthew Perry

Chandler from Friends has one of the most unbelievably stunning cool mansions we have seen so far. The charming and incredibly funny Matthew Perry listed his contemporary mansion in 2017 with a $13.5-million price tag. If you think that's too much, just look at the place! The modern compound features open-plan living space and three bedrooms, one of which is in the photo above. Why the actor and playwright decided to say goodbye to it, we'll never know. Is it even possible to get bored in a house like this?

Emilia Clarke

With their $500K salary per episode, the Game of Thrones star can certainly afford a luxurious home. Emilia Clarke owns a beautiful two-bedroom Venice Beach home which she recently listed for rent for about $25K per month. The compound may not be as large as some others we have seen, but it is certainly stunning. She bought the place in 2016 for $4.5 million and her contemporary bedroom caught our eye. With plenty of light and a great view, the room is the perfect place for the actress to get her beauty sleep.

Johnny Depp

The acclaimed actor is known for his investments in houses as he owns more than one. But he is also known for his slightly eclectic and eccentric style. His master bedroom totally reflects his personal taste, of course, so let not the eye-popping colors shock you. Royal blue and orange are not an everyday combination but we must say that it looks rather good, and it definitely suits Depp’s needs for something not-that-normal.  He likes colorful and he knows how to do it right! The bedroom comes from his house in the renowned Eastern Columbia Building in LA, which he listed in 2016 for $12.85 million.

Who wouldn't want to spend a night in this cozy bedroom with the wood beams and the many windows? The Six Feet Under and Dexter star Michael C. Hall obviously thought it was time to move on from this Spanish-style one-bedroom house so he listed it. Too bad he won’t enjoy that stunning bedroom anymore! He put the LA mansion up for sale with a $4.85-million price tag. The 1920s estate is fully renovated so whoever the new owner is, he or she didn't have to go through the trouble of updating it.

Mila Kunis

Mila Kunis no longer resides in this stunning house as she now lives with her husband Ashton Kutcher and their two kids. But this used to be her bachelorette pad and to be honest, we are a bit envious. That’s what you get for having a $65 million net worth though. She could go straight from her bedroom to the pool, take a swim, and head back to bed in no time. As for the colors, celebs obviously prefer the neutral tones such as beige. Mila listed this LA pad in 2014 to prepare for the next chapter in her life.

Sheryl Crow

This star prefers a rustic feel in her Spanish-style home in Hidden Hills. The singer and songwriter gets her beauty sleep right here in the comfy bed with white linen after she’s spent some time relaxing in her infinity swimming pool outside. The entire master suite looks very traditional but also very elegant at the same time. We must admit that we are as envious of her bedroom and the rest of the beautiful mansion.

Tobey Maguire

Now that’s an interesting bedroom! Spider-Man bought this Spanish-style home with his wife Jennifer Mayer but they decided to list it and upgrade to a contemporary-style West Hollywood deluxe house. They sold the house for about $3.2 million while the new wood-accented mansion was only slightly more expensive ($3.75 million). Besides the cozy bedroom, there is a large swimming pool outside and a huge living area. What a nice place to come home to!

Kim Kardashian & Kanye West

Kim and Kanye wanted to run away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi but they also wanted their home to be modern and cozy, so they spent lots of money on renovations. The Kardashian/West family had settled in a Hidden Hills home that sits on three acres and cost them $20 million. Did you expect anything less from the famous couple? Their spacious bedroom features tall ceilings and wooden beams as well as a couple of chairs facing the bed. In case they get bored of lying on this king-size bed, there are two spas right around the corner!

Kendall Jenner

There aren't many teens who can afford to buy their own house and live all by themselves, but then again, not all teens are Kardashians. Kendal, who is now in her early 20s, bought a $6.5-million home that used to belong to Emily Blunt and John Krasinski. The beautiful modern master bedroom features white and gray and there's plenty of light, too. The budding model also bought Charlie Sheen's former house in 2017.

Jane Fonda

The actress, former fashion model, writer, and activist split up with record producer Richard Pery with whom she was with since 2009. A change of relationship status usually requires a change of home too, according to celebs, so Jane decided to sell her New Mexico ranch. The master bedroom features plastered walls and brick floors and a lovely sitting area by the window. The ranch was listed with a $19.5-million price tag, but while that may sound as much to us, it's certainly cheap to someone else.

Robert Pattinson

Twilight star Robert Pattinson prefers simplicity and so his bedroom is very nice and simple. A comfy bed, wooden floors, a rustic desk, and a chair is all he needs. Robert purchased this Hollywood Hills compound a few years ago for a modest (compared to other celebs) $2.1 million. Apart from this one, there is a second bedroom and a swimming pool. In 2017, the actor surprised us when he called off his wedding to girlfriend FKA twigs, but life must go on!

Bella Thorne

While many of her peers are still living with their parents and struggling with student debt or finding a well-paying job, Bella Thorne can buy her own crib with no mortgage or anything. A few years ago, Thorne settled in her starter home in Sherman Oaks. The 20-year old splashed $2 million on the LA compound and we must say, she has nice taste. This neutrally-colored bedroom with a fireplace and a terrace is the perfect place to spend the day when you don't feel like going out.

Chrissy Teigen & John Legend

Such a fabulous couple like Chrissy Teigen and John Legend deserve an equally fabulous master bedroom such as this one. The two bought this opulent Beverly Hills Mansion in 2016, the same year Chrissy gave birth to their first child. The entire place is simply breathtaking. The main bedroom is super spacious and features a magnificent view and a balcony. The house reportedly belonged to Rihanna before Legend and Teigen purchased it.

Renée Zellweger

Renée  Zellweger wanted to get away from the paparazzi and opted for a secluded private estate in Connecticut. She bought the place in 2004 and she had lived in it for years. However, in 2014, she decided to put her farmhouse on the market. The Bridget Jones's Diary star set the price at $1.6 million. But the country getaway will surprise you when you take a peek inside. Other than this comfy romantic bedroom, there is a fully equipped white kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, and a spacious bathroom.

Michael Phelps

The retired competitive and bemedaled swimmer has an estimated net worth of $60 million so he can basically live anywhere he wants. Michael Phelps moved into his Arizona home in 2015 and the house is really a sight to behold. He bought a $2.5-million mansion in Scottsdale that features five bedrooms. The house was reportedly built with imported hardwood floors and has beige and light blue colors for its interiors. A large bed facing a fireplace and a couple of chairs are quite enough for this star's bedroom.

Nina Dobrev

This may be one of the most beautiful bedrooms we will see today. The Canadian actress purchased a 1929 house and turned it into a modern and cozy home at the same time. The Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev admitted she liked open and spacious homes so she bought this 4-bedroom Spanish-style estate. It is enough to take a peek inside her bedroom and not want to leave the place.

Kourtney Kardashian

Kourtney Kardashian's taste differs from that of her younger sister Kim as she has chosen a less traditional bedroom. Kourtney's house was decorated by the interior designer, Martin Lawrence Bullard, who obviously kept Kourtney's preferences and style in mind (we're sure it had cost her some money). The oldest Kardashian sister and mom of three recently moved into her new California mansion which is both modern and suitable for herself and their usual family gatherings.

Louis Tomlinson recently upgraded to a stunning mansion located in Hidden Hills. The One Direction star spotted this luxury house for sale in 2016 and wasted no time to buy it. The 4-bedroom mansion has plenty of space for him and his little son with a spacious master bedroom reserved for the daddy only. Tomlinson’s bedroom features a contemporary style and a combination of beige, gold, grey, and white colors.

When you’re an interiors designer, you decorate your home all by yourself and it looks awesome. Nate Berkus from Nate Berkus Interiors knows this best. He and his partner Jeremiah Brent live in their dream house in California which he himself had designed. If you love their style, you will fall in love with their bedroom as well. It’s enough to take a look at the view from the master bedroom and to become obsessed with the house. The home was built in 1924 and features five bedrooms and four full bathrooms. What’s better than a large comfortable bed facing a spectacular view and a balcony?

Ginnifer Goodwin

The adorable master bedroom that belongs to actress and Once Upon a Time star Ginnifer Goodwin is completely different from what we’re used to seeing when it comes to celeb real estate. The colorful sofa with pink cushions is an excellent addition to the overall white and beige room and there is a door leading to a secluded balcony where the actress can relax and breathe in some fresh air.

Gwen Stefani

Did we expect anything less from Gwen Stefani? Not at all. The master bedroom is as unique as Gwen herself. The contemporary style with an edgy features a bed with a gilded frame as well as pink chairs outside on the balcony. At least the singer’s bedroom is not like every other bedroom we’ve seen - it is really something different. However, the crazy mansion she lived in with her husband Gavin Rossdale was listed for sale in 2018. The price went down from $35 million to $29 million, excluding home insurance.

Harry Styles

Harry Styles rose to stardom and earned a fortune as a part of the boy band, One Direction. And when you have so much money, you set out to impress everyone and go house shopping, of course! His Los Angeles master bedroom will leave you breathless. Just look at that view! The contemporary-style bedroom provides a spectacular view of LA. Harry reportedly listed this impressive house for sale early in 2018.

Olivia Newton-John

Wow, so many windows! The singer’s master bedroom is all sunny and cozy. Olivia Newton-John and her husband bought this Florida Jupiter Island estate back in 2009 for a reported $4.1 million. They decided to say goodbye to the sunny mansion after a tragic event so the house was sold in 2016 for about $5 million. The stunning residence features four bedrooms and four bathrooms and plenty of living space.

Michelle Williams

This used to be the bedroom of Michelle Williams and the late actor, Heath Hedger. The house features six cozy bedrooms with details like panel doors and wide-plank floors. The couple bought the charming Brooklyn townhouse located in Boerum Hill neighborhood back in 2005. Sadly, Heath died only three years later so, after his tragic death, Michelle decided to list the house with a $7.5-million price tag. Anyway, Michelle can always buy as many houses that she likes, given her huge earnings.

Lori Loughlin & Mossimo Giannulli

This is not a typical celebrity master suite. It is definitely a bit more characteristic with the embroidered silk, the blue curtains, and blanket. Well, we are not surprised that the home is so stylish since Lori Loughlin is married to a fashion designer - Mossimo Giannulli. According to what we’ve heard, the two are looking to sell their Los Angeles home for a lot more than what they initially paid, which was $35 million.

Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker

This is the weekend house of actress Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick. Located in Bridgehampton, their casual retreat was not designed by one of those well-known. Instead, Sarah called a friend of hers who knew exactly what she wanted to help design the interior of the house. The all-white bedroom with few colorful details is perfect for a beach house so she picked the right person to help. Just look at those inviting sheets and luxury linens!

Hilary Swank

This is the master bedroom of actress Hillary Swank. Isn’t it cute and simple? Swank’s sanctuary features two black bedside tables accentuated with appropriate wall art. The actress purchased her Pacific Palisades house back in 2007 for about $5.8 million and years later, she decided to list it, seeking $9.5 million. The mansion description would read a “6-bedroom, 7-bathroom abode that would is certainly worth the cost.” So if that’s good enough for you and you have the funds – go for it!

This is where the British star lives with his wife and his children. When it comes to home remodeling, Coldplay guitarist Jonny Buckland wanted his fabulous Manhattan loft to feature lots of darker hues, unlike most celeb homes we’ve seen so far. Instead of buying everything in neutral colors, the musician prefers it black. The master bedroom features a wooden bed with wood bedstand tables and white lamps. An impressive touch is the artwork hanging on the wall above the headrest. It gives the room a sort of rock-n-roll feel.

We didn’t expect less from the home décor master Jonathan Adler. The interior designer’s pad is a whole different story. The yellow walls in the master bedroom and the chrome bed really say a lot about the owner. Perhaps the most enticing detail is the huge silver dollar hanging above the bed. Romantic? We are not sure about that, but it is definitely unique. It leaves a lasting impression, doesn’t it?

Speaking of cool mansions, we rarely see such vibrant master bedrooms as this one. There are so many details in this room that we don’t know where to start! Marisa Tomei’s home features a vintage cozy style that we totally dig. There’s a sitting area consisting of two orange chairs and a tall plant somehow dominates the space. The bed faces the fireplace so it must be really nice to lounge around here. This is a kind of the room that you don’t want to leave during winter.

Celine Dion

Famous singer Celine Dion has a mansion in Florida and the size and style of her bedroom will shock you. Of course, we didn't expect anything less from a celeb with a $400-million net worth but still, we are just blown away! The bedroom features dark colors, as opposed to Angelina's room, and shuttered doors. This luxurious space gets plenty of daylight and that giant bed must be super comfortable!

Hillary & Bill Clinton

This totally fits our expectations when it comes to the Clintons' home. The Clintons first bought the Chappaqua house in 1999 for $1.7 million and then purchased the property next door in 2016 for a reported price of $1.16 million. A spacious master bedroom is decorated in a kind of old-fashioned way with a large carpet and a couch opposite the bed. Quite recently, a small fire broke out in the house but luckily, no one got hurt. That is why a fire insurance is a must!

Diane Keaton has been a style icon for decades now, and it shows on her clothes, photographs, and most especially her home. The moment you step inside her house, a calm and relaxing feeling simply gushes through your bones. The master suite might be our most favorite spot among all rooms as it comes with a complete modern rustic design. The white walls enhance the cozy mood and right next to the bed you can warm up to a modern fireplace. We can see Diana again in her next film set to be released in 2019 titled Poms which is now under post-production.

Novak Djokovic scored another grand slam after acquiring a beachfront property located in the outskirts of Miami. Novak thought it was about time to reward himself for his efforts in the tennis industry. He’s totally earned it as he is currently ranked no. 1 in men’s singles worldwide. The moment we saw the insides of the house, it was jaw-dropping. He asked for the bedroom to have a neutral color scheme which the RDAI made possible, an architectural team recognized for working with brands like Hermes. They installed sliding glass doors leading to a balcony with a stunning panoramic view of the beach right from his bed.

Jeremy Renner

Although actor Jeremy Renner remains mysterious and quite underrated in the limelight, he actually lives in a lavish and grandiose home. He became most famous for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and for films like The Bourne Legacy, Arrival, and American Hustle. He was able to afford his dream home, thanks to his action films. However, we can’t help but go crazy over his bedroom design. Where do we even start? It has dark furnishing, a gold chandelier, and hardwood floors. Jeremy is set to appear again in 2019 Avengers: End Game, and after the cash flows in, we’re pretty sure he’s going for some transformations in his house again.

Christina El Moussa

When you have an eye for decorating, designing would also be your next bud and that’s the deal for real estate investor and TV personality Christina El Moussa. Just like what she does in her show Flip or Flop, she applied her techniques in her home located in the suburbs of Orange County. As soon as you walk through her room, the classic trellis pattern are apparent and it went well with the unsophisticated vibe she was aiming for. The pattern easily matched the furnishings and details inside the room. After her separation from Tarek El Moussa, she finally opened her heart again and married Ant Anstead in 2018.

Megan Mullally

Many of us loved Megan Mullally starting from her appearance in the NBC sitcom, Will & Grace. From 2006 to 2007, she also graced our screens and hosted the program, The Megan Mullally Show.
