Celebrities who always look great and gorgeous with no flaws and no extra pounds. Still, celebrities are also just human, and some of them have succumbed to the temptation of food and put on weight. All of them adopted a new lifestyle with healthier diets and exercising, but there are a few who had to undergo outrageous procedures to lose those extra pounds. Either way, the results are so great that we decided to share them with you. Check out the list of celebrities who said goodbye to their pounds, and we hope it was a goodbye forever.

The 47-year-old posted two images to his account, revealing one of his diet secrets. His transformation was well-received by fans, who praised Johnny for his hard work and new physique. Posting to his 353,000 followers, the comedian shared a photo of his slimmed-down self, along with what he now eats for breakfast. Joking with his followers, he wrote: “It's a far cry from a Thatto Heath fry up....ooh you've changed Vegas. “Apologies fellow tweeters, busy of late and treating our chats like a bacon butty, sadly an all too rare a treat of late x” (sic). The slimmed-down selfie showed off Johnny’s impressive weight loss, looking significantly leaner than his previous public appearances. The second image showed how Johnny had swapped his bacon butties for cleaner, healthier options, helping him to shed the pounds. His breakfast consisted of some folded eggs, slices of avocado and tinned tomato - packed with healthy fats and lean protein.
