The iconic actress took part in many silver screen productions, though none of them has been as successful as Love Story, the movie which marked her career once and for all. Just like many other actors of her time, she's a spokesperson for animal rights, and she once teamed up with PETA for a public announcement video.

Dean Stockwell, 84 Years Old

Recent reports have claimed that in 2015, a stroke forced him to retire from showbiz, as he had to make his health his top priority. Well, after all, he is well in his 80’s!

Shirley Eaton, 81 Years Old

Shirley Eaton is one of the most famous blonde bombshells of the ‘60s. She was endearingly referred to as ‘cockney blonde bombshell’, making reference to her English accent as she was from London. She was well recognized for playing the Bond girl in Goldfinger. She is in her eighties and she must have plenty to keep her going during her retirement. She certainly has aged beautifully. She is, in many ways, still a blonde bombshell!

Ann Blyth, 93 Years Old

The fact that Ann Blyth is one of the few actresses still living from the Golden Age of Hollywood says it all. The legendary actress was successful both in musical films and in drama movies, and her performance in Mildred Pierce still fascinates anyone who watches the film. She stopped acting many years ago, but her acting legacy is here to stay. She must have some great tips and advice to give when it comes to how to stay that fit and glamorous while being in her nineties. Most of us would only dream about being so beautiful at that age!

We can't even begin to mention every successful movie that Christopher Plummer has appeared in, but the Canadian actor is surely one of the best actors out there up until our days as well. He's most known for his work in The Sound of Music, and guess what, he even got an Academy Award nomination in 2018, for his role in All the Money In the World! Can you find any other man who's earning Oscar nominations at an age when most men just worry about their heart problems and are living a sedentary life? Apparently, this is not the case for Plummer.

She released her 17th and final album in 2007 which, in turn, ended her career in the music industry. She disclosed in 2010 that she was suffering from the Morgellons syndrome and quit the music industry to raise awareness about the illness. Ever a hopeful romantic, Susan Sarandon has an unquenchable thirst for adventure and life. Her choice of roles in a career spanning five decades is a testament to her sparkling personality. It’s impossible to list out all her achievements and awards as an actress.

Suffice to say, ever since she entered the film industry in 1970 with ‘Joe,’ Susan has backed up the stunning debut with the captivating award-winning performances in ‘Thelma & Louise,’ ‘The Atlantic City, and ‘The Client.’ Watch her in ‘Stepmom,’ and you’ll remain a fan forever. The icon actively speaks up for social causes while continuing to act. In 2021, we saw her in ‘Jolt.’

Julie Andrews, 83 Years Old

Younger generations still watch Mary Poppins and The Sound of Music, and that's just proof of how magnificent as an actress and singer Julie Andrews really is. Now at 83 years of age, her acting work still remains memorable and she still performs every now and then, even as a voice actress. French fashion designer Pierre Cardin is best known for his signature space age and avant-garde designs. In 2009, Cardin became the Food and Agriculture Organization’s Goodwill Ambassador. He also dabbled in industrial design, coming up with ‘themes’ that are applicable across various products. Cardin landed a contract with the American Motors Corporation which incorporated his theme on the AMC Javelin. Jerry Lee Lewis, 82 Years Old

Jerry Lee Lewis was quite the bad boy during his life, but fortunately, he calmed down as he grew up. The rock n' roll star has sold numerous records, and he has made a name for himself in the global music community. He faced several legal issues when he was younger, and believe it or not, his love life is a mess. We don't know how he managed not to suffer from depression after seven marriages, but we guess it's the 'rock n' roll genes' that kept him strong after all.

Charlotte Rampling, 72 Years Old

Charlotte Rampling became a well-known actress as she appeared in multiple European arthouse films. She became an icon of the Swinging Sixties in her younger years, began her modeling career, and later became a fashion muse. At the age of 72, even though Charlotte had already achieved greatness in her career, it seems like she won't be having her retirement soon. Charlotte even released her own autobiography titled Qui Je Suis that was published in 2015. She is still active in the industry and has appeared in multiple films, including Red Sparrow, Hannah, and The Sense of an Ending.

Bob Barker, 94 Years Old

Before the time of Oprah Winfrey and Jimmy Fallon, the hottest name in TV show hosting was Bob Barker, who is now 94 years old. He hosted numerous TV shows, and The Price is Right is still the longest-running daytime game show the US has ever seen. He also hosted many beauty pageants. Barker faced some minor health issues, like a light stroke, but he went to the proper treatment center, and he's now perfectly fine, smiling all the time, just like he did on his shows.

Hal Holbrook, 93 Years Old

Hal Holbrook's legacy in Hollywood will live on forever, as the iconic actor starred in several acclaimed films of his time, though he is most famous for playing Mark Twain in Mark Twain Tonight, a one-man stage play. He has won several Awards, and retiring isn't among his plans, as he even appeared in the recent hit show, Sons of Anarchy. His health seems to be pretty good for the time being, despite his age, and he's expected to live many more years.

Tony Bennett, 91 Years Old

There's not much to say about Tony Bennett. A true music legend of his generation, he dominated the music industry during the '50s, and believe it or not, he's now 91 years old, and still active! His voice still has its trademark tone, while somehow, Bennett has managed to become more and more charming as he grew up.  Surprisingly, the singing guru witnessed tragic stuff during WWII, in which he fought, but he never required psychological therapy. He's now nine years away from becoming a centenarian.

Queen Elizabeth II, 92 Years Old

After all these years on the throne, Queen Elizabeth II is now more than just England's reigning lady. In fact, her distinct clothing options, enormous wealth, and ways have made her a global celebrity, and in 2016, she became the world's longest-serving monarch. The Queen must be taking all her vitamins and supplements regularly, as, apart from some minor health issues in 2017, she's still looking as good as ever, making people wonder how excellent her genes are.

Jackie Mason, 87 Years Old

Jackie Mason is ranked among the best stand-up comedians of all time, and the 87-year-old star still has the caustic grin he had when we watched his one-man shows, The World According To Me and Jackie Mason On Broadway. His edgy sense of humor and puns have raised a lot of controversies, but he never changed to increase his popularity, staying true from the start to the end. Despite his age, he doesn't seem to be in need of doctors, who have been a common subject in his stand-up comedy shows.

Jacqueline White, 95 Years Old

Jacqueline White made her debut film appearance in the early '40s, quickly catching the eye of film directors, something that rewarded her with a bright career, which only lasted for a decade though. White opted to retire ten years after her first acting steps, but they were enough to secure a spot for her among the classic actresses of the past century. Once praised for her acting ability, White is now praised for the fact that she looks so good despite being 95, without even having to visit the hospital once.

Angela Lansbury, 92 Years Old

Remarkable actress Angela Lansbury has starred in numerous acclaimed films, such as The Picture of Dorian Gray, while her voice acting in The Beauty and the Beast animated film is still praised by numerous fans and critics. Moreover, her work in Murder, She Wrote was absolutely fascinating.  During the '60s, Lansbury started having an affair with notorious criminal Charles Manson, while she also needed some drug counseling, as she started using illegal substances. Luckily, she recovered, and now being 92 years old, she looks just fine.

Beverly Cleary, 102 Years Old

If you loved reading as a child, then you're certainly familiar with Beverly Cleary, one of the greatest children's fiction authors ever. Ribsy and Ralph S. Mouse are now considered classics, and the talented author has enjoyed a life full of success, with critics praising her for her writing skills. Cleary is now 102 years old!

Robert Clary, 92 Years Old

Robert Clary became famous for his acting and singing skills, and his story is very impressive. When he was 16, Clary was imprisoned in a Nazi concentration camp, in Buchenwald. He capitalized on his beautiful voice to survive, as he often sang for Nazi troops. He entertained them, and in exchange, they spared his life. He later moved to America where he made his first 'acting' steps. It still amazes us that Clary never seemed to have suffered from mental illness after all that he went through.

Gene Reynolds, 95 Years Old

Gene Reynolds tried to make his first steps into acting when he was still very young, but unluckily, it was his call of duty that delayed his progress. Reynolds had to fight in WWII, and he luckily didn't suffer any serious injuries. When he came back, he started working as a director, and he was one of the brains behind the hit series, M*A*S*H. He won many awards, and we guess that at 95, he really watches out for his health, especially after surviving war.

Jimmy Lydon, 95 Years Old

Jimmy Lydon's father was addicted to drinking, and the other family members had to work in order to survive. When he first started acting, it was a matter of survival and providing for the family's well-being. However, Lydon soon came to love what he was doing on stage and on the small screen. Along with Gene Reynolds, they're the creators of the famous TV series M*A*S*H. The veteran actor is now 95, with no health issues troubling him, fortunately. He has two children and is now living with his second wife.

Caren Marsh-Doll, 99 Years Old

Caren Marsh-Doll was unfortunately never credited for her participation in the Wizard of Oz and Ziegfeld Girl films because she worked as Judy Garland's dance double. However, the people who worked in the industry definitely know her. The 99-year-old dancer almost lost her life in 1949, when the plane she was on crashed. She almost had her left foot amputated, and though she was informed that she would probably never dance again, with extensive treatment and her strong will, she returned to dancing, against all odds.

Marge Champion, 98 Years Old

We're sure that you love Disney's classic animated films, but do you know who was responsible for the dance moves that most of their princesses performed? Disney's directors imitated Marge Champion's moves to enrich their characters' realism and dancing. The renowned dancer and choreographer is now 98 years old, but she definitely doesn't look like it. She must have had some top notch injury insurance, as the occupational hazard of a career in dancing is quite high. Champion has also worked briefly as an actress, having made numerous TV appearances.

Valentina Cortese, 95 Years Old

Sophia Loren wasn't Italy's only celebrity who made it big in Hollywood. Valentina Cortese is another Italian actress who dominated American showbiz, especially with her role in Day For Night, for which she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. She made a lot of bucks back then, which are surely helpful, as she's now 95 years old, and an excellent health insurance is much needed. Despite her age, she always has the most eccentric and stylish clothing options.

Prince Philip, 97 Years Old

Prince Philip was Royalty material before even tying the knot with Queen Elizabeth II. He was Prince of Greece and Denmark, and in fact, he was born in the Greek Island of Corfu. Philip served in the Royal Navy and fought during WWII. In 1947, he got married to Elizabeth, after they had originally met in 1939. In 2018, Prince Philip checked into a hospital to undergo a hip replacement procedure. Everything went fine, and just a few days later, he attended his grandson Prince Harry's wedding.

Peggy Stewart, 95 Years Old

Peggy Stewart became quite popular for her roles in Western B-movies, and she also appeared in many TV shows of her time. She has been acting until recent years, and it seems like her partial hair loss hasn't lessened her motivation to continue appearing on the small screen. Stewart is now 95 years old, and she has been married twice. Her first marriage ended with a breakup, while her second husband, Buck Young, passed away in 2000. She has no children.

Sam Elliott, 73 Years Old

Though Sam Elliot got his acting debut in the Guys and Dolls musical film, he became a star by playing in numerous Western movies. His mustache and deep voice made him perfect for such roles, and despite being in his early seventies, he's still active. He even appeared in the 2007 film, Ghost Rider. The veteran actor now lives in Malibu alongside his wife Katherine Ross, with whom they have one child. Although he has slowed down, full retirement doesn't seem to be in his plans.

Brigitte Bardot, 83 Years Old

Brigitte Bardot, in her time, was actress Sophia Loren’s greatest rival. She was jaw-droppingly beautiful and it so happened that she and Sophia were the same age, too. In her youth, Bardot actually dreamed of becoming a ballerina, but it didn't take her long to realize how much better acting was for her credit report! It later proved to be a good choice as she starred in over forty films, strutted several catwalks, and released a couple songs during her active years. She boasts a $65-million fortune to show for it all! Currently, she focuses on animal rights activism.

Meredith Baxter, 71 Years Old

Meredith Baxter found great opportunity when she was cast in the hit TV show Family and in All the President’s Men, both released in 1976. Baxter later committed to Family Ties where she found herself busy until the end of the show in 1989. Sadly, she discovered she was suffering from breast cancer in 1999. Fortunately, she overcame the condition and is living healthily and happily. She sure doesn’t look her age of 71 years old!

Dawn Wells, 79 Years Old

Dawn Wells became an American favorite when she starred in Gilligan’s Island, stealing the show with her charmingly good looks and her adorable ponytail. Before her fame on the island, she had appeared in Bonanza and in Maverick. Her acting career from the '70s through the '80s was all about touring U.S theatres, having performed in approximately 100 plays. She looks gorgeous for her 79 years and is radiant and glowing as if she were in her forties!

Garry Burghoff is a star who still stands strong. His role in the popular series M*A*S*H gained him significant fame in the late ‘80s. He performed in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, a Broadway play in which his acting left audiences with a loss for words. No doubt that it hiked up his $6-million fortune. He’s just fortunate that he was increasing his bank balance while doing something he loved at the same time! He has not acted since 2010, and it seems he’s retired.

Jane Fonda, 80 Years Old

There’s probably nobody who doesn’t adore Jane Fonda. Any film she stars in is sure to be a good one—most especially her comedies! She’s managed to age so gracefully and beautifully, and it’s probably thanks to her great workouts! Her workout video from 1982 is likely still one of the best—and all that aside from her acting! Whew, what a woman! She has also been a prolific political activist, with her involvement beginning in the 1970s. Her $200-million fortune doesn’t stop her from fighting for civil rights, either!

Cindy Williams, 70 Years Old

Cindy Williams is recognized for her role as Shirley Feeney in Laverne & Shirley. The popular show helped Williams become a bit more known for her career, as she went on to star in a number of acclaimed TV series like Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Touched By An Angel. She had played Shirley before in Happy Days. Most of her roles were guest appearances but she’s managed to rake in $10 million into her bank account nonetheless!

William Shatner, 87 Years Old

William Shatner could never outrun his iconic portrayal of Captain James T. Kirk in Star Trek. The role is one that stuck with him. However, upon the ending of the show, he nearly filed for bankruptcy as he couldn’t land new roles of much value. That was certainly bizarre and perhaps a forgotten history of his life as he now has $100 million to his name and there’s no sign of financial trouble on the horizon! He has authored several books and he’s living with his fourth wife.

Alan Alda, 82 Years Old

Alan Alda is an excellent actor and he has certainly earned plenty of money for his talents. He’s mostly known as Captain Hawkeye Pierce, his character in the popular M*A*S*H series. His days airing on the screen for The West Wing also gained him popularity. He hosted Scientific American Frontiers for fifteen long years and he has a $40-million fortune to speak for it all. He’s worked as an author and a director in his lifetime, too.

Judd Hirsch, 83 Years Old

Judd Hirsch played Alex Rieger in the popular TV series Taxi. He then appeared in Dear John and in NUMB3RS, which served to increase his fame. He is now in his eighties, and retirement planning isn’t on the cards. He is in fact, still acting! He landed a leading role in 2017’s Superior Donuts, a CBS comedy. In 2016, he made an appearance in The Big Bang Theory. We can’t imagine him off the sets—and by the looks of it, neither can he!

Ted Lange, 70 Years Old

Ted Lange played Isaac Washington, a bartender in the popular show The Love Boat. Gavin MacLeod was his co-star on the show and they remained great friends ever since. Lange is an educated performer. Marla Gibbs portrayed Florence Johnston who was a famous character in The Jeffersons, a popular TV series. Her entire career mostly focused on TV roles and she appeared later in the spin-off called Checking In. Her "humble" $2 million net worth certainly speaks volumes about her career—she was the supporting role, not the lead, yet she delivered fantastic performances. She earned five NAACP Image Awards and also five Primetime Emmy Award nominations.

Jamie Farr, 83 Years Old

Jamie Farr starred as Corporal Klinger in M*A*S*H, which placed him in the spotlight. In fact, Farr is a man of several accomplishments not limited to his acting career. In the ‘90s, her career expanded and she did some voice acting in SpongeBob SquarePants. She also landed notable roles in hit TV shows like Gilmore Girls and That ‘70s Show. She has $10 million in her savings account to dive into after all her hard work and decades of acting. She’s on the brink of ninety, but she’s as glamorous as ever!

Yvette Mimieux, 76 Years Old

Yvette Mimieux signed a contract with MGM in the ‘60s when she made her very first steps in the industry. The contract didn’t actually give her the boost she needed for a big break at the time. It was later when she starred in The Three in the Attic that she gained significant recognition as an actress. The 1968 movie brought her and the entire cast plenty of money back then. She is now retired with her $5-million fortune, and we don’t blame her for wanting to rest in her seventies!

Paul Hogan, 78 Years Old

When anyone thinks of Paul Hogan, possibly the very first film that pops to mind is Crocodile Dundee. Hogan delivered his performance phenomenally (and comically), earning a Golden Globe for his superb acting skills and an Oscar Award for writing the screenplay. The remainder of his career surrounded his Crocodile Dundee films. He diversified his earnings with his work as a stand-up comedian. He has had a colorful and entertaining career, and has made several audiences happy along the way!

Shirley Jones, 84 Years Old

Shirley Jones’ acting career began in 1953 and her most prominent role was in Elmer Gantry, where she played an escort seeking revenge. She earned an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for the role and her performance boosted her savings account substantially. She played Shirley Partridge in The Partridge Family, as well. She is in her eighties and is now a grandmother of ten! With her wealth amounting to $25 million, she would probably need a will attorney just in case. But in spite of her years, she is gorgeous and stunning in every way!

Ami Brown, 54 Years Old

Ami Brown rose to stardom as a part of the reality TV series, Alaskan Bush People. The story of the series revolves around the life of Ami Brown and her family - her husband Billy Brown and their seven children in the wilderness of Alaska. The family never had any contact with other people until they accepted the offer to do this reality show.

Terry Moore, 89 Years Old

Terry Moore is one of the last surviving actresses to remind us of Hollywood's Golden Era, even if she began her career by working as a child model and on the radio. Soon enough, she found her place in the acting industry during the '50s and established herself as one of the time's most prominent actresses. Moore even earned an Academy Award nomination for her appearance in Come Back, Little Sheba. Even if she's now 89, she's still active; having last acted in 2009 in the short film Ariel and having more projects coming up in 2019. Apparently, life is nothing without acting when it comes to her.

Jane Powell, 89 Years Old

Jane Powell first got a taste of fame when she performed as a singer and dancer in her hometown of Portland. Powell was only a teenager when she signed a contract with Metro Goldwin Mayer in the early '40s, later appearing in numerous musicals and already having sorted out her retirement planning. Powell's career slowed down after the '50s and she turned to stage acting and Broadway productions to keep acting. The last time we say Powell on screen was in 2002 when she made a guest appearance in Law & Order: SVU. She still makes occasional acting appearances, though in stage plays and not on TV.

Gloria Henry, 95 Years Old

If you're a vintage-sitcom fan, you surely recognize Gloria Henry. Gloria was only a teenager when she moved to Los Angeles to try her luck at acting.
