Maureen McCormick As Marcia Brady - Appears On Reality Series

Even though Maureen McCormick had been taking on acting work since 1962, it was her portrayal of Marcia Brady, the oldest daughter, in "The Brady Bunch" that gave her the big break she'd been looking forward to. It went on to become the most memorable performance of her career, with McCormick reprising the role in several of the series's spin-offs.

McCormick's work in the show opened up more opportunities for her in the industry. Some of her other noteworthy roles were in "Fantasy Island," "Teen Angel," and "Passions." Although we haven't seen her on any recent projects, she has appeared in reality series like "Dancing with the Stars."

Barry Williams As Greg Brady - Continues To Act

Since we looked at the oldest Brady daughter, let's now move on to the oldest Brady son. The character's name was Gregory "Greg" Brady and was portrayed by Barry Williams. In addition to this show, the only other recurring role he's had on the small screen was as Dean Strickland in "Hollywood 7."

Even though his acting work has slowed down during the last couple of decades, Williams still doesn't turn down a role when he gets one. His most recent acting gig was in 2018 when he gave life to Marsh Man's character in "Flea." Williams is a father of two, now on his third marriage.

Mike Lookinland As Bobby Brady - Runs A Decorative Concrete Manufacturing Business

While Cindy was the youngest Brady girl, Robert "Bobby" Brady was the youngest son. Although a smart kid, he was often ignored. Viewers were able to feel his character, for which all the credit goes to Mike Lookinland, the actor who gave spirit to the role.

Lookinland does not have a whole bunch of other acting credits. In fact, his appearance as himself in "Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star" in 2003 is the only one for the last two decades. Now residing in Salt Lake City, Utah, with his wife and two kids, Lookinland has been operating a decorative concrete manufacturing business since 2019.

Robbie Rist As Cousin Oliver - Continues To Act

The cute kid with the bob haircut who made very few appearances on "The Brady Bunch," Cousin Oliver, was portrayed by none other than Robbie Rist. It was his first credited acting gig, fulfilled at only ten years of age. Having appeared on only six episodes, it's remarkable how fans of the show can still remember him.

Playing Oliver's character may have been a small job, but it opened the floodgates to an extremely successful career. He is still active in the industry and has a resume with over 150 credits, as per his IMDb page. The majority of his works in recent years have been voicework.

Marion Ross As Dr. Katherine Porter - In Retirement

Even the show's fans might not remember seeing Marion Ross ever appearing in it. Why? Because she only made a single appearance in the first season's episode, "Is There a Doctor in the House?"

She played Dr. Katherine Parker, and for her, it was just another acting gig. We say so because she had been in the industry since 1953 and already had quite an established career by then. Since Ross is now a senior, she is officially retired. She announced it in 2018 but made her final film appearance on "Senior Entourage" in 2021.

Desi Arnaz Jr. As Himself - Directs Boulder City Ballet Company

As the son of two renowned actors back then, Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz Jr. was so popular even before he was born. His work in front of the cameras started when he was four years old with an uncredited appearance in "I Love Lucy."

Playing himself on the episode "The Possible Dream" on "The Brady Bunch" happened quite early on in his career. His other notable roles include Billy Simmons in "The Lucy Show," Craig Carter in "Here's Lucy," and Walter Nebicher in "Automan." While his acting career wrapped up in 1992, Arnaz Jr. directs the "Boulder City Ballet Company" with his wife.

James McDivitt As Himself - In Retirement

It was just another day talking about planes, space, UFOs, and whatnot for James McDivitt when he appeared on the episode "Out of This World" on the series. However, for fans, it was a special day with a pilot, aeronautical engineer, and "NASA" astronaut guest starring on the show.

McDivitt was part of "Project Gemini" and "Project Apollo" and flew 145 combat missions during the Korean War. After serving in the world of space and astronomy for years, McDivitt retired from "NASA" as well as the "United States Air Force" in 1972. He then moved into the corporate world, serving as the Vice President in companies like "Pullman, Inc." and "Rockwell International."

Joe Namath As Himself - Devotes Time To Family And Plays Golf

Joe Namath is an American retired quarterback who played for both the "AFL" and "NFL." He spent the majority of his career with the "New York Jets, during which time he became "AFL MVP" twice, and they won one "Super Bowl Championship." In addition to his skills on the field, Namath also had an acting career, which established the nickname "Broadway Joe."

One of his minor appearances was as himself on "The Brady Bunch"'s episode "Mail Order Hero." We wonder if fans actually remember these guest appearances. Either way, Namath is now retired from both football and acting. He now spends more time with his family and plays golf for leisure.

Wes Parker As Himself - A Member And Representative Of The Los Angeles Dodgers

Just like Joe Namath, Wes Parker is also a former athlete who graced our screens with a single appearance on the show. Well, he has made small appearances in several other productions, too. Nevertheless, "The Brady Bunch" was his first.

In the episode "The Undergraduate," Parker played the boyfriend of Greg Brady's mathematics teacher. He even promised Greg two tickets to a game if he got an A for math. Parker played for the "Los Angeles Dodgers" of the MLB his entire career. Although retired as a player, he is still a member of the same team, serving as a representative of the Dodgers Legend Bureau.

Tina Andrews As Doreen - Director Of The Southampton Cultural Centre

Playing Doreen on season three's "Getting Davy Jones" episode was one of the earliest works of Tina Andrews's career. The character did not have much prominence in the series as Andrews only had limited screen time playing Marcia Brady's friend.

After taking on just over 35 other projects, she transitioned to writing and producing although, they were short-lived as well. She has been away from the spotlight for almost two decades. According to her "LinkedIn" profile, she is a painter and has her masterpieces on display at galleries, hotels, restaurants, and even homes. Furthermore, she is a director at “Southampton Cultural Center.”

Kerry MacLane As Eric Parker - Involved In Philanthropic And Humanitarian Work

Kerry McLane came on two episodes of the shows. The first time he appeared was as a random boy in the episode "The Winner" in 1971. Two years later, he played Eric Parker in "Mail Order Hero." His work in "The Brady Bunch" was among his last.

It is unclear as to what McLane is doing today. However, as per Celebrities Galore, he has been involved in philanthropic and humanitarian work. Furthermore, it states that he is invested in making the world a better place. We certainly need more people like him.

Kimberly Beck As Laura - Keeping Away From The Spotlight

Born in Glendale, California, Kimberly Beck grew up to become an actress. However, she was only a teenager when she made her first appearance on "The Brady Bunch," portraying Laura in the 1971 episode "Getting Davy Jones" and a random girl in "Marcia Gets Creamed" in 1973.

Beck was already a popular face on the small screen by that team as she played Kim Schuster in "Peyton Place" for 34 episodes between 1965 and 1966. Even though her acting career continued until the late '90s, we haven't seen her much (or at all) since then. We can only hope that she's doing well.

Caryn Richman As Nora Brady - Continues To Act

Nora Brady was ultimately the woman whose hand Greg Brady took in marriage. The character, who struggled to find work-life balance as a nurse, mother, and wife, was brought to life by actress Caryn Richman, who only made her debut of the role on "A Very Brady Christmas" in 1988. She also reprised the role in "The Bradys" in 1990.

Richman may not have hundreds of credits in her portfolio, but her work in the entertainment industry has been consistent. She had other prominent roles on television like Jayne Johnson in "Hollywood Safari" and Caryn in "The Adventures of Mr. Clown."

Gigi Perreau As Miss Linda O'Hara - Continues To Act

If you recall us mentioning Greg's math teacher, whose boyfriend was a baseball player, this is her. Miss Linda O'Hara's character was portrayed by Gigi Perreau. Greg even had a crush on her although, fortunately, he didn't profess his love to the teacher.

Perreau is now way past her retirement age. However, it doesn't seem like she's quite ready to part ways with her lifelong career. The mother of four still accepts the occasional role or two although, most of her recent work has been vocal instead of physical. For instance, she voiced Grandma Swift's character in "Crash: The Animated Series" between 2016 and 2020.

Christopher Beaumont As Multiple Characters - Keeping Away From The Spotlight

Christopher Beaumont made a total of four appearances on "The Brady Bunch," but each time, as a different character. In 1971, he played a random boy's character in one episode and Eddie in another. The latter tricked Greg into buying an automobile that was nothing more than a load of junk.

Later, in 1973, he also appeared as Hank Carter and Jerry Rogers in "A Room at the Top" and "Quarterback Sneak," respectively. His acting career flew smoothly until the late '70s and came to an end in 1984. Beaumont then got into production and writer, which have also been dormant for the past two decades.

Hope Juber As Rachel - Writes Musicals

One of Greg's crushes that wouldn't have been frowned upon (unlike Miss Linda O'Hara) is Rachel, portrayed by Hope Juber. Even though luck wasn't on their side when it came to starting something romantic, fans of Greg did ship them at one point. When the pair finally coupled up to go on a date, Bobby third wheeled and ruined the evening in every way imaginable.

Juber's career cannot be identified as acting per se. Why? Because in addition to a few different roles on "The Brady Bunch" and "The Bradys," she has only appeared in "Sonic Boom." However, the mother of two is a successful musical writer, as per her website.

Jimmy Bracken As Multiple Characters - Keeping Away From The Spotlight

Jimmy Bracken was no amateur in show business when he got a role on "The Brady Bunch." It was already in its second season and was acclaimed by viewers, so it was an opportunity Bracken didn't want to miss. He played one episode per season for three consecutive years.

In 1970, he portrayed Jimmy, followed by Larry, and finally, Freddie in 1972. No one has seen much of him since then, except for his appearance as Kid Surfer in "Big Wednesday" in 1978. Even though he had been away from the public eye all these decades, Bracken made a comeback as himself in the 2021 video documentary "Forever Doris."

Sheri Cowart As Kathy Lawrence - Keeping Away From The Spotlight

The character of Kathy Lawrence portrayed by Sheri Cowart was what you'd usually call a "frenemy." In other words, their relationship was a love-hate one. The two would try their best to make the other jealous with their cheerleading stints and all things boy-related.

Cowart only has a handful of other acting credits, including "The Partridge Family," "The Cotton Club," and "Jekyll & Hyde: The Musical." No one has seen or heard from her for at least two decades now. Since she is now in her 60s, we can only hope that she's doing well.

Michael Lerner As Johnny - Continues To Act

If you try and recall that one episode (Every Boy Does It Once) in the show, you may remember Mike and Carol going to the bicycle store to get one for their son Bobby. Johnny, portrayed by Michael Lerner, was the bike salesman at the store. He was quite eccentric, trying to push expensive items on the couple.

Well, let’s just say he’s a good salesman who got the job done in the end. Lerner is a lot more famous today than he was back then. With over 180 acting credits under his name, he continues to grace the screens (both big and small).

Julie Cobb As Greg's Senior Crush - Continues To Act

Let’s look at another one of Greg’s crushes because he had a few too many. In the series’ third season, once Greg got into high school, he developed a crush on a senior girl, portrayed by none other than Julie Cobb. It was one of the earliest roles of her career and certainly helped give her stability in the industry.

Now in her 70s, Cobb is still quite active in her career. Sure, it has slowed down significantly in the last couple of years, but she played Diane Revere in ”Whatta Lark” for five episodes between 2017 and 2018 and also most recently (2020) appeared in Teenage Bounty Hunters.

Florence Henderson As Carol Brady - Deceased

In 1969, Florence Henderson landed a role that would change the scope of her career. She starred as Carol Brady, a mother of three girls who would fall in love with a widowed architect with three boys. With their union, the story of the blended family, “The Brady Bunch,” came to be.

Before appearing on the show, Henderson had about five credits already, having started in 1955. However, none of them were even close to giving her the fame that “The Brady Bunch” gave her. She continued to act until passing away from heart failure in 2016. With a successful career and family, we assume she lived a good life.

Craig Huxley As Tommy Johnson - Has A Successful Career In Music

While Craig Huxley used to be a great actor, he followed his heart and pursued a music career, which would bring him more success. He appeared in one episode (Where There’s Smoke) in 1971, playing Tommy Johnson’s character. His having cigarettes in his pocket and Greg swapping jackets with him almost got Greg in trouble.

Huxley’s acting work wrapped up in 1977 after playing Howie Green in “Kojak.” He has since worked as a producer, composer, as well as in the music and sound departments of over 100 projects, including “Star Trek” movies and several Michael Jackson documentaries.

Robert Reed As Mike Brady - Deceased

Believe it or not, it has been nearly three decades since the actor who played the patriarch of "The Brady Bunch," Robert Reed, passed away. It seems like it was only yesterday that he was trying his best to be the dad that the Brady kids deserved.

The role of Mike gave his career a boost and helped it last decades. Reed's last role before his passing was as Alexander Baldwin in "Jake and the Fatman" in 1992. Fans were devastated to learn of his passing, and they can all only hope that he is in a better place now.

Ann B. Davis As Alice Nelson - Deceased

Not a single fan of "The Brady Bunch" would forget the sweet and humorous housekeeper Alice Nelson, who did a lot more than just tidy up the Brady household. Her kind attributes made her a dear friend of the family, and even fans adored her character.

Even though she is no more, her name will be remembered forever, especially considering her name is out there with a star in the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Davis continued to act until 1997, appearing in projects like "The Bob Cummings Show" and "The John Forsythe Show." She volunteered at the "Episcopal Church" until her death in 2014.

Allan Melvin As Sam Franklin - Deceased

Since we just look at the actress who gave life to Alice Nelson's character, how could we forget her boyfriend throughout most of the show? Her boyfriend was Sam Franklin, the local butcher, played by Allen Melvin. Even though he was mentioned frequently throughout the show, Melvin only appeared on eight episodes.

Melvin was never short of acting work (including voice acting), having continued his career well into the '90s. He also maintained a successful family life with his wife Amalia Sestero and their two children. After a life well-lived, he succumbed to cancer in 2008.

Ken Berry As Ken Kelly - Deceased

In the last season of the show, Ken Berry made an appearance as Ken Kelly. His character reflected on an adoptive father of three boys who were from different ethnic backgrounds. The episode was titled "Kelly's Kids," which also went on to become the pilot of a spin-off series by the same name. Unfortunately, the spin-off didn't see the light of day.

Berry subsequently had an extensive career as an actor, having had noteworthy roles in "F Troop," "Mayberry R.F.S.," and "Mama's Family." He retired in 1999 and only re-emerged once after in 2012 on "A Carol Burnett Christmas." Berry died of heart complications in 2018.

Imogene Coca As Aunt Jenny - Deceased

Imogene Coca was only a child when she launched her acting career in vaudeville. She grew up to become one of the most popular comic actresses of the time, most notably remembered for her work in "Your Show of Shows." However, she made it to this list for her one-off appearance as Aunt Jenny in "The Brady Bunch" episode "Jan's Aunt Jenny."

Coca was already a star at the time and continued her work in the entertainment industry until 1997. A voice role in "Bobby's World" was the last credit of her career. She lived a long and happy life and passed away from natural causes in her 90s.

Davy Jones As Himself - Deceased

David "Davy" Jones was a renowned British musician who also had an equally successful career as an actor. A teen idol back in the day, his small-screen appearances included "Coronation Street," "The Monkees," and of course, "The Brady Bunch." It was only a brief one-time appearance but was prominent enough to make him a subject on this list.

Jones died in 2012 after suffering a heart attack. He was a member of the rock and pop band "The Monkees" until his passing. Let's not forget that Jones also had a successful solo career, which saw the release of six studio albums.

Denise Nickerson As Pamela Phillips - Deceased

Born in New York City, Denise Nickerson became an actress after being exposed to the industry at the age of two in a commercial. As an adult, she secured around 15 acting credits, which include work in "Dark Shadows: The Vampire Curse," "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory," and "The Electric Company."

In 1974, she made a brief appearance on "The Brady Bunch" as Pamela Phillips. Nickerson retired from acting four years later and worked as a receptionist and office manager to be able to pay bills. In 2019, she passed away, leaving her son behind.

Melissa Sue Anderson As Millicent - In Semi-Retirement

Anyone who has watched "Little House on the Prairie" would know Melissa Sue Anderson for portraying Mary Ingalls in it. However, she made an appearance on "The Brady Bunch" as Millicent just one year prior. Her appearance was iconic as she was Bobby Brady's first kiss on the series.

With roles in "The Love Boat," "The Equalizer," and "10.5: Apocalypse," Anderson has kept up appearances over the years. However, her career has wildly slowed down in the last two decades, having only appeared in seven projects. Anderson is a mother of two and is happily married to writer and producer Michael Sloan.

Rita Wilson As Pat Conway - Works In Various Fields

Rita Wilson is a successful Hollywood actress with nearly 80 acting credits under her belt. The long-time heartthrob of Tom Hanks, Wilson, too, made an appearance in "The Brady Bunch" as a teenager in 1972. She acted in the episode "Greg's Triangle" as Pat Conway, who was one of Marcia's competitors for head cheerleader.

A mother of two, Wilson is still active in the industry, with her most recent appearance being on "Love Is Love Is Love" in 2020. She is also a songstress and lyricist, and the power couple is also active as philanthropists, focusing mainly on cancer research and humanitarian purposes.

Eve Plumb As Jan Brady - Realizing Her Artistic Dreams

Remembered by fans as the envious middle child, the character of Jan Brady was brought to life by Eve Plumb. Jan was constantly jealous of her popular older sister Marcia, and it showed really well through Plumb's portrayal. Some of the other impressive works in her acting portfolio include "Little Women," "Nowhere," and "Blue Ruin."

While Plumb has been taking on at least one acting role each year for the last few years, she has been more focused on painting lately. She has a passion for creating artwork, and her pieces have even been displayed in galleries across America.

Christopher Knight As Peter Brady - A Businessman And Actor

Christopher Knight was only a kid when he was picked for Peter Brady's role in "The Brady Bunch." It gave him an early start in show business—a career he continues to this day. Starting in the late '80s and throughout the '90s, Knight was more focused on building his business empire in the computer industry. Let's just say he prospered in both worlds.

Even though the adult Peter Brady in the sequels was the only Brady kid without a spouse, the actor, in real life, is in his fourth marriage. Since his re-emergence on the screens, Knight has only had small roles like Dr. Andrews in "The Bold and the Beautiful."

Jerry Houser As Wally Logan - In Retirement

Jerry Houser gave life Marcia Brady's husband's (Wally Logan) character, who was quite the slob and all over the place. He couldn't keep a job throughout the series and changed his place of work quite frequently. We should probably add that he was not part of the original show.

Houser started work with the role in 1981, on "The Brady Girls Get Married." He continued to make appearances in "The Brady Brides," "A Very Brady Christmas," and "The Bradys" while working on multiple other projects. The majority of Houser's work towards the end of his career was with his voice. His last acting credit (voice) was as Sully in "Danger Rangers."

Susan Olsen As Cindy Brady - Animal Rights Activist Who Continues To Act

When Susan Olsen played the youngest Brady kid in the family, Cindy Brady, as a little girl, we often saw her with pigtails. It's been decades and she is now a mature woman who speaks up for animal rights. That is, on top of balancing her career as a screen and voice actress.

Like most younger siblings, Olsen's character was naive and a next-level tattletale. Fans somehow got to watch her grow into a better woman who becomes a DJ (through the spin-offs). Olsen's most recent work on the small screen was as Nickel Laundry in "Child of the '70s."
