Luker received a reported $45M following their split, and as per "Harper's Bazaar," she also got the Santa Barbara estate they once shared.

"Ultima Hora" reported that the "Fatal Attraction" star eventually bought Luker's share of their  "S'Estaca" residence. They previously agreed to a six months on-and-off arrangement for the ownership of the 250-acre spread. Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones have full ownership of the island abode.
