Dolly Parton - $1.2 Million, Nashville

A nearly 5,000-square-foot Nashville home that Dolly Parton lived in for 16 years is for sale once again, this time marketed as having museum and wedding reception potential. Memorabilia and music history entity Rockology, LLC is handling the sale of the house for an unknown price. Real estate websites like Zillow and Trulia show a lengthy price history for the home at 3146 Glencliff Rd. dating back to 2010 without a sale. In May 2018, the four-bedroom, multiple structure-property was removed from the market with an asking price of $875,000, down from a peak asking price of $1.2 million in 2017. Both websites show the last sale of the house was in 1996 for $140,000. Estimates on the property vary. A press release indicates Parton and her husband owned the home until 1996.

Kelly Ripa – $27 Million, New York

Even though as a family, they own more than one residence here and there, Kelly Ripa with her husband, Mark Consuelos and their three children, mainly spend their time at their 7,796-square-foot house in New York City, located at the Upper East Side. They paid $27 million to acquire it but since there was no real estate agency involved, there were no images of the inside, especially since they had to renovate it before moving in.
