And we must admit, it is our favorite too! Even if she is only 27, Taylor does not seem to worry at all about spending some cash on houses, since Taylor’s worth is currently estimated at $320 million. This beach house just a few feet from the sea is the perfect place for hosting VIP parties, and Swift enjoys them very much.

Previously, it was owned by Jessica Simpson, but now the comfy, luxurious 5,500 square-foot home belongs to Lawrence, and she deserves it. Lawrence seems to be quite eager to stay connected with nature and her new home décor reflects it.

Justin Bieber - $20 Million, Hollywood Hills

[the_ad id="40214"]

Welcome to the ultimate glass house estate where the young Bieber lives. The property features everything he needs and more, and Biebs rents this spacious ultra-modern structure for $60,000 a month, contrary to the rumors that had him buying it. His personal worth of $200 million suggests that he can afford the steep rent, and the fee doesn't put a hole in his pocket. Who knows, maybe he wants to feel free to switch places anytime he likes and so he decided not to commit to this one that place all that seriously.

Rihanna - $22 Million, Barbados

[the_ad id="40214"]

The Barbados princess bought herself a castle on her home island, with a gorgeous and stunning view of the Caribbean Sea. Bad Girl RiRi enjoys her home in Shakespearean-novel-style when she gets home to Barbados to recharge her batteries. She keeps a 24/7 security service, of course, as well as a crew of people to tend to the luxury mansion’s needs when she is not there. With 14 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, Adam and his family live a lavish lifestyle here.

The 3-acre property holds two historic residences; a converted grist mill and a building lot. The house was later listed on the market for sale. Together the two properties can be bought for $9.9 million today. Whoever shifts into this lavish estate after Woodward will surely be the luckiest person on Earth!

Caitlyn Jenner - $3.5 Million, Malibu

[the_ad id="40214"]

Caitlyn Jenner was as happy as she could be when she bought her $3.58 million mansion located on the Malibu hills overlooking the beach. However, she could never imagine that three years after the purchase she would have to abandon it due to the wildfire! Even though it was reported by the media that Jenner’s house, which used to be featured a lot in her reality show, was burned down, a video shows her informing everyone that it miraculously survived the fire! Other celebrities in the area had to deal with the same fear, yet we are pretty sure they all have the best fire insurance.

Clint Eastwood - $9.75 Million, California

[the_ad id="40214"]

Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood is one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood with a net worth of $375 million. The Western movie star has been a proud owner of Pebble Beach Hacienda since 1994. He paid $3.9 million for the mansion, but the actor put it up for sale just last year with an asking price of $9.75 million. This gorgeous home includes a large kitchen, fireplace, five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and a staff suite. We are pretty sure that such a rise in the asking price must mean a lot of renovation work by Eastwood over the years he lived in it.

Kelly Ripa - $2.35 Million, The Hamptons

[the_ad id="40214"]

The talk show host of Live! with Kelly and Ryan is a multi-talented actress, TV producer, and a dancer. Ripa also appeared as Hayley on All My Children (1990-2002). She is married to  Mark Consuelos and shares this magnificent house with him. The mansion description includes five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It widely covers around 5,572-square-foot area. [the_ad id="40214"]

The German supermodel quickly adapted to the crazy LA life and we can tell that it suits her just right. She lives in her 8.5-acre estate in an Italian-style villa with her kids who have their very own children’s playhouse. If not Heidi’s children, then whose? Heidi’s Castle, among others, is adorned with many fountains and gazebos and we must admit that her home décor with outer walls covered in green leaves looks amazing to our eyes. With a personal worth of a staggering $70 million, she need not worry about any estate expenses, obviously.

Neil Patrick Harris & David Burtka - $5.5 Million East Hampton

[the_ad id="40214"]

These two actors are big real estate enthusiasts, but their latest endeavor is this astonishing castle surrounded by forests, waters, and lawns, giving them the privacy they need. The house also features a wine cellar, library, six bathrooms, and four bedrooms. The best part is that they do not have to fear any mortgage repayments since they are filthy rich.

Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis - $10 Million, Beverly Hills

[the_ad id="40214"]

Their home can be classified as modest according to Hollywood standards and yet it is something that we expected from the lovely couple as they do not tend to be too extravagant in the spotlight these two. Ashton's and Mila's house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms and a small swimming pool situated in the middle of their green garden. Still, the Beverly Hills villa cost $10 million, being in such an area is rather costly), which the couple gladly spent to start building their family. Privacy, security, and coziness come first at the Kutcher-Kunis residence.

Tom Selleck - Sum Undisclosed, Bay Ridge

[the_ad id="40214"]

Tom Selleck is often seen on this property, but he does not own the place. The house is actually featured on the hit TV show Blue Bloods, in which Selleck stars as the NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan, who is shown to own the house as well as often have dinner with his family in the dining room. We have seen the interior enough times to fall in love with the place, which sits on 82nd Street corner in Bay Ridge, New York. Do you think that after all this time on the sets Tom might be thinking of acquiring it, too?

Chris O'Donnell - $5.395 Million, Pacific Palisades

[the_ad id="40214"]

NCIS: Los Angeles star Chris O'Donnell has been living in style in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles for the past many years with his family, and although the house was built in 2000, it still looks brand-new. This Los Angeles luxury real estate was worth $5.395 million in 2008, although obviously, it must've appreciated in value over the years. If no major modifications have been made to the house, then what we are looking at is a 5,195-square-foot of living space with five bedrooms. We must admit that we love how fresh and clean it looks.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle - Priceless, Kensington Palace

[the_ad id="40214"]

Now that Prince Harry and former actress-turned-Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle are officially a married couple, they surely have to live near the Queen. Actually, the couple has been staying at the Nottingham Cottage long before their wedding took place. The exact worth of the property remains undisclosed but we're sure it wasn't cheap to build. Kate Middleton and Prince William were also able to reside at the Nottingham Cottage at some point. Now that they are expecting their first child, we bet that the house is getting ready to accommodate the needs of the royal baby.

Mike Wolfe - Price Undisclosed, Leiper's Fork, Tennesse

[the_ad id="40214"]

Mike Wolfe, best known for his appearance in TV show American Pickers, recently decided to invest in a property in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. With his very long career as a picker, we're pretty sure he didn't try to negotiate the price this time. However, the amount he has invested in this home remains undisclosed and we're still wondering how much could this new acquisition of his have cost him. The house features contemporary designs and it has some hints of vintage as well. We couldn't deny it. This is one good pick, Mike!

Scott Disick – $6 Million, Hidden Hills

[the_ad id="40214"]

Scott Disick became a well-known television personality for dating Kourtney Kardashian and siring Penelope Scotland, Mason Dash, and Reign Aston. However, Scott has now let people rent his mansion for around $60K a month.

Bethenny Frankel - $3 Million, Hamptons

[the_ad id="40214"]

Bethenny Frankel is most known for appearing in Real Housewives of New York City. She once purchased a property in the Hamptons worth $2.5 million and she later decided to invest in a number of renovations. The mansion is now being listed and you can call this place your new home if you happen to have around $3 million lying around. If not, then perhaps a bank loan will do the trick. The seven-bedroom home has a heated pool, family room, and wrap-around porch.

Zach & Tori Roloff - $560K, Oregon

[the_ad id="40214"]

Zachary Roloff is best known for his role in the TV show Little People, Big World. In 2015, Roloff married his girlfriend Tori Patton and just two years later the couple welcomed their son Jackson Roloff into the world. As their family started growing, the TV personality decided to spend some of his hard earned money and purchase a new five-bedroom home for the price of $560K, which comes located in Oregon and including all amenities one can ask for.

Cher - $41 Million, Malibu

[the_ad id="40214"]

Cher's home in Malibu is just 1.7 acres of pure luxury. The property is an architectural wonder, and the Italian Renaissance-style mansion in it is even more beautiful. It actually features many furniture pieces and décor elements from other countries, such as Mexican fireplaces, Moroccan rugs, and chandeliers which resemble Gothic decoration. It was first listed in 2009 for $45 million, and then re-listed in 2013 for $41 million. We don't know if anyone bought it yet, but there had been rumors that Jay-Z and Beyoncé had grabbed it.

The house has a beautiful view of the Quail Lodge and the nearby golf course.

Drake - $7.7 Million, Hidden Hills

[the_ad id="40214"]

Wow, when we look at this house (or should we call it a resort), we are not sure if Drake is living here or is on vacation. It truly looks like a piece of paradise and Drake paid just $7.7 million for it, even if it was initially set at $27 million. Home insurance is mandatory when you live like this.

Miley Cyrus - $2.5 Million, Malibu

[the_ad id="40214"]

Miley can also not resist beautiful real estate, so she often grabs her checkbook to add one more to her ownership. Her latest acquisition is worth $2.5 million, and it is surrounded by a lot of green which makes it the perfect peaceful resort. Besides the four bedrooms, Miley has also got a cook’s kitchen, Jacuzzi, heated stone floor, and so much more, but no mortgage that will haunt her.

Blake Shelton - $3 Million, Nashville

[the_ad id="40214"]

When two successful country superstars meet and start a life together, a luxurious home is essential. Blake and ex-wife Miranda Lambert bought this villa in Nashville, and each room was decorated with art pieces from one particular century. What an awesome idea for home decor that is! Unfortunately, they divorced and eventually sold this $3-million estate but we have to say that they have provided us with a great idea about our little nests!

Minnie Driver - $2.5 Million, Hollywood Hills

[the_ad id="40214"]

Minnie likes it colorful, and that is why her home seems to “breathe” in contrast to many sterile and cold-looking homes. She recently showed her home to Elle Décor where they caught this beautiful marble bathtub, antique gazebo, and the completely blue-painted room. We must admit that Minnie taste in home decor is rather to our liking. What do you think of her cute nest?

Ann Coulter – Unknown Price, Florida

[the_ad id="40214"]

Ann Coulter is often busy offering far-right commentary on TV shows, but not everyone shares her conservative views. She became popular in the '90s when she unapologetically criticized the Clinton administration. Coulter is a lawyer by profession and has also authored 12 published works. Her fortune is now in the $12 million range, which allows her the luxury of owning multiple properties—including one in Palm Beach, Florida. Her home, as well as the lavish residences of other celebrities who live in the area, were affected by Hurricane Ima back in 2017.

Beyonce & Jay Z - $45 Million, LA

[the_ad id="40214"]

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are one of the most glamorous couples that definitely have every means to live like royalty. Their mansion in LA is $45 million worth, but the two can afford it with a combined income of almost a billion dollars! They lived an opulent life in their now former home with 12 rooms and to be honest, we expected nothing less from Queen Bey and Jay-Z. This mansion has it all: from a bowling alley to a nightclub, plus a tennis court and citrus orchard. Do we even need to mention that apart from this cool mansion they owned, they are also own a number of luxury vehicles and even a private aircraft?

Tommy Hilfiger - $27.5 Million, Florida

He also has a Mickey Mouse room, four entertainment rooms (including a gym and game room), as well as seven regular bedrooms. Tommy is so rich that he needn’t consult his bank for a loan.

Meg Ryan - $10.9 Million, Soho

[the_ad id="40214"]

The most extravagant-looking apartment is Meg’s in Soho. The heavy, classic style of black and white makes the place look like everything is in concordance and harmony. She redecorated it nine times so far, and we wonder if Ryan secretly wanted to become an interior designer? We feel that this home decor greatly suits Meg, though and we love how clean and tidy everything looks in black and white.

Keira Knightley - $6 Million, New York

[the_ad id="40214"]

Manhattan became so expensive that ordinary mortals with mortgage and loan requests could not afford to live there, but Keira is no ordinary girl and the same goes for her pockets. The actress bought a two-floor apartment in fancy Tribeca which is romantically decorated with wooden floors and a slight touch of bohemianism. This house suits Keira so much, don't you agree?

Jeff Franklin - $4 Million, San Francisco

[the_ad id="40214"]

The house featured in the 1990s sitcom Full House was bought by the creator of the show, Franklin. The house does have emotional value and giving out $4 million for the San Francisco house must have been a bargain for Franklin. He restored it to look like how it was in the 1990s and we are pretty amazed at how great it actually looks.

Hayden Panettiere - $2.1 Million, Nashville

[the_ad id="40214"]

Hayden helped herself out with decorating her $2.1 million home in Nashville by bringing on board her friend and interior designer, Benjamin Vandiver.  It looks unique, especially her music room where she keeps her guitars and the rest of her music equipment. The spacious kitchen, the warm-looking living room, and the bedroom were designed in different styles and all of them together seem to be suiting her just fine.

Kylie Jenner - $3.3 Million, California

[the_ad id="40214"]

We did not expect any less of a Kardashian than to live in an extravagant and stylish home. Kylie’s home is adorned with white closets and cabins that give a sophisticated touch to the ensemble in combination with black tiles. Three walk-in closets are also to be found which are a necessity considering her huge clothes and shoe collections. And let's not even talk about the swimming pool and its incorporated jacuzzi.

Lea Michele - $3.3 Million, Los Angeles

[the_ad id="40214"]

This piece of heaven can be found in West L.A., and it is not a resort, but the very own home of Lea. It looks like a great place to recharge one's batteries in the open and spacious rooms like the dining room. And, of course, an LA villa would be nothing without a pool. Lea’s precious home was in InStyle's Home & Design.

Michael Phelps - $2.5 Million, Scottsdale

[the_ad id="40214"]

Phelps's amazing mansion is located in Scottsdale, and he lives like a king in his 6,000-square-foot estate along with his family. The property has a swimming pool, a hot tub, and barbecue area outdoors, while four fireplaces can be found indoors, along with six bathrooms and five bedrooms, as well as a huge kitchen. It seems that he has everything a great Olympian should opt for.

Seth Meyers - $7 Million, Greenwich Village

[the_ad id="40214"]

When Meyers is not on the Late Night Show or a trip, he spends his time home in Greenwich where he bought a 3,000 square duplex home. Besides several bathrooms and bedrooms, there is also a home office. The best part is that there are 32 windows providing a magnificent view of the Hudson and the Empire State Building. Meyers moved there after selling his West Village mansion for $4.35 million in 2018.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar – $2.995 Million, California

[the_ad id="40214"]

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar retired from professional basketball a long time ago. He listed his beautiful Marina Del Rey estate with four bedrooms and four bathrooms several years ago for $2.995 million. The house with a double garage was built in 2000 and is located near Venice Beach in LA.  Kareem recently decided to get rid of some of the memorabilia that was taking up his space. In March 2019, it was reported that over 200 items from his Hall of Fame career were sold including his six NBA Championship rings. Kareem's memorabilia was sold for nearly $3 million and all the proceedings reportedly went to a charity.

Ronda Rousey - Unknown Price, Venice Beach

Over her lengthy career as a professional wrestler and martial artist, Ronda Rousey has gathered a fortune of close to $12 million. However, it looks like she didn’t find it necessary to get an alarm system for her house prior to 2017. Her humble grey house with a gated yard in Venice Beach was broken into and vandalized while she was away. Now that she’s gotten married to Travis Browne, she probably feels even more secure living in it.
