Adele – $10 Million (Los Angeles)
One of the most successful recording artists of our time, multi-Grammy award-winning superstar Adele surely knows how to live a luxury life. She owns several houses as a testament to her wealth and recently in May 2021, she bought her third Beverly Hills home on the same street.
Her beautiful residence is a spacious mansion that spans 5,500 square feet and boasts five bedrooms with four bathrooms. It also has a large pool and spa which is nothing like she could get in London for the same price. Adele's long-awaited fourth album "30" was finally released on November 19, 2021, and is already receiving global praise.
Alicia Keys – $3.1 Million (Camelback Mountain)
Alicia Keys tends to appear as a very simple person but there's nothing simple about her magical glasshouse on Camelback Mountain. She lived in this house with her husband Swizz Beatz until it was sold in June 2021. Imagine being able to have an amazing view of nature and the mountains when you wake up every morning. It's just magical.
In addition to the exquisite waterfall glass windows, the house has a movie theater, spa, and wet-edge pool. It earned the nickname 'Dreamland' and we have to agree because it's truly a dream to live in such a home.
Liev Schreiber - $5.4 Million (New York)
Formerly a bachelor pad, this amazing triplex home in NoHo is now a three-bedroom home where the "Ray Donovan" actor Liev Schreiber lives with his two sons. His apartment is a typical New York-style loft that gives off a monochrome-themed vibe with steel staircases offset by distressed oak floorboards.
Schreiber who featured in the 2021 movie "The French Dispatch," spends his time off set enjoying his spacious and open-plan living room. The redesign of his home is a lot warmer than how it once looked, making it a better fit for the family-style home he has always wanted.
Usher – $3.3 Million (Sunset Strip)
The home of eight-time Grammy-winning R&B legend Usher is an elegant, upscale dream house right above Los Angeles Sunset Strip. The lush garden-like surrounding of this amazing home is only contrasted by the duller coffee brown theme of its Spanish-style interiors. It offers a magnificent view of the city while keeping it cozy inside.
This house which was sold in 2018 is sized at over 4,200 square feet with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms so you can be sure there's enough space for comfort. Usher was nominated in the favorite male R&B artist category for the 2021 American Music Awards alongside stars like Chris Brown and The Weeknd.
Beyoncé - $26 Million (East Hampton)
You can never mention Beyoncé and leave out Jay Z. The hottest couple on the planet serves us pure luxury vibes with their beautiful estate in the Hamptons. But what do we expect? As the real estate investor that Jay Z is, it makes sense that his taste in a home is top-notch.
On two acres of land, this 12,000-square-foot pond house is a seven-bedroom mansion with a guest cottage by the side having two bedrooms of its own. For the king and queen, a luxury vacation home like this is only fitting. Beyoncé has released a new song in November 2021 titled "Be Alive," for the new film "King Richard."
Kelly Clarkson – $6.3 Million (Henderson)
From American Idol winner to a judge on The Voice, it's no wonder Kelly Clarkson amassed enough wealth to own a lakeside mansion that spans 20,000 square feet in Tennessee. This is a massive seven-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bathroom dream estate. But even before guests enter, they see Clarkson's wealth the moment they pull up in the long gated driveway which ends with a tasteful fountain at the center.
Clarkson sold this house three months before releasing a second Christmas album "When Christmas Comes Around" on October 15, 2021, which is also her ninth studio album. We're sure she misses several things about this home but the country-style bar tops the list.
Lil Wayne - $17 Million (Miami)
Everything about Lil Wayne screams affluence. And as expected, his abode also reflects his flamboyant lifestyle. This beachfront Miami luxury home makes you feel like it's floating on water. Sure its seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms are amazing, but what's even more so is the indoor 20-foot live vegetation which lies in an open-air atrium.
We never took Wayne for a nature lover but this home proves us wrong. Then there's also the glass windows that serve as walls in addition to the oceanic view they allow you to have. Wayne celebrated "Tha Carter IV" anniversary with a release of some visualizers on November 12, 2021.
Iggy Azalea - $3.6 Million (California)
The rapper Iggy Azalea lived in this single-story apartment in California with her ex-fiance Nick Young which they bought from Selena Gomez. After their split, the six-bedroom house was put back on the market with the same promise of a gourmet kitchen, a swimming pool, and a lush lawn backyard with extensive gardens.
This house also comes with a built-in grill station and resort-style spa. The best part is that it's hidden away behind tall hedges and trees. This wasn't Azalea's last run-in with the Los Angeles luxury real estate as she purchased another $6.7-million ranch-style home in California in 2021.
Melissa Gilbert - $1.2 Million (California)
Melissa Gilbert was born in California and has also made the city her home. After starting as a successful child star in "Little House on the Prairie," Gilbert could surely afford to have this five-bedroom luxury home with vaulted ceilings, a balcony, and a swimming pool.
Today, she lives in New York on a farm with her husband Timothy Busfield, which is similar to how she lived in her childhood show. She hasn't acted in any movie since "When We Last Spoke" before the pandemic, but she featured on the "Stars in the House" talk show in 2021.
Ashley Benson - $1.8 Million (Los Feliz)
This three-bedroom Spanish-style luxury with a ground-level studio and beautiful balcony was home to "Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson. With its petite structure of hallway, kitchen, and dining you can tell the space was intended to give inhabitants an intimate experience.
Since her breakup with Cara Delevingne, we guess there's no intimacy needed as she has bought a new house in the same celebrity-filled neighborhood as this old home in Laughlin Park. Her new cool mansion costs about $4.5 million and is certainly an upgrade. Benson was seen last in "The Birthday Cake," a 2021 crime movie.
Louis Tomlinson - $6.4 Million (Hollywood Hills)
For the time that the singer Louis Tomlinson spent in this Hollywood Hills mansion, he proved that he knew exactly how to live like royalty. You can imagine the room allocated to structures since this massive mansion has only five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bathrooms are exquisitely tiled and roomy with walk-in showers and centered free-standing bathtubs.
The two-story mansion also features a wine cellar and formal dining area further accentuating the nobility of Tomlinson's home. He sold this home in 2020 for a cool $6.4 million, the same year he released his debut album "Walls."
Gwen Stefani - $21.6 Million (Beverly Hills)
It only makes sense that the celebrity icon Gwen Stefani owned such a tasteful-looking estate in Beverly Hills. She sold this house in 2019 for a whopping $21.6 million but even that was a huge discount compared to its original listing price of $35 million.
This 15,000-square-foot mansion has seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms. It features an incredible floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the living room that acts as a demarcation to the dining. And let's not get started on the captivating monochrome eat-in kitchen. In July 2021, Stefani finally got married to her co-star on "The Voice" and lover of six years, Blake Shelton.
Demi Lovato - $8.3 Million (Hollywood)
We've been hearing about Demi Lovato lately regarding her mental health but this successful singer lived the life of luxury in her three-story Hollywood home above sunset boulevard. Encompassing about an acre of land, this lavish estate offers iconic views of the city and ocean from its hillside setting.
The 5,564-square-foot building features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms with a beautiful black and white theme inside and out. Lovato ventured to search for extraterrestrial life in a short series titled "Unidentified With Demi Lovato" in September 2021, and less than two months after, we saw her stunning in a neon green fur coat at Paris Hilton's three-day wedding.
Matthew Perry - $12.5 Million (Hollywood)
More than anything, what you should crave is an evening view of the city from Matthew Perry's four-bedroom Hollywood mansion because the view is breathtaking! And his infinity swimming pool with a waterfall puts pool parties on a whole other level.
This ultra-modern home features glass walls in the living space which connects to an entertainment room, but the best part of this house is in the screening room where guests can either watch TV on an enormous screen or peer directly into the pool by the side. It was great to see Perry once again in the HBO Max special "Friends: The Reunion," in May 2021.
Lady Gaga - $22.5 Million (Malibu)
The immense fame that Lady Gaga has earned also brought along a certain level of wealth. According to her, the lavish estate in Malibu is her oasis of peace and it is featured in the Netflix documentary about her.
The five-bedroom, 10,200-square-foot property spans over six acres right across from Zuma beach. Not only does the estate feature outdoor horse stables, but there's also the most fascinating '60s-style bowling alley on the lower level, and Gaga must be a pro bowler by now. She released "Love For Sale," a second joint album with Bennet in 2021, the same year she starred in the biographical crime drama "House of Gucci."
Taylor Swift - $17.8 Million (Rhode Island)
The queen of heartbreak songs, Taylor Swift is sure of one thing that cannot break her heart, and that's her $17.8 million superior luxury pad in Rhode Island. Although she has a pretty long list of houses, this is kind of her favorite.
The eight-bedroom oceanside mansion spans about five acres of land and features a pool, multiple fireplaces and garages, and a uniquely drawn-out driveway. Apart from being a magnificent beauty of a house, it has a rich history that Swift shares when giving tours. Her re-recorded version of "Red" lands her a historical record in November 2021 of eight consecutive UK chart-topping albums.
Vanessa Hudgens - $3.9 Million (California)
Owing to its grand Mediterranean style aesthetics, Vanessa Hudgens‘ luxury estate in California will have you feeling you’re in an exotic resort. The “High School Musical” star has let go of this estate but she certainly made it home in her time here.
The six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom mansion spans about 5,200 square feet and offers magnificent views of both the Santa Monica canyon and the city. And just like Hudgens lives like a princess she also plays the part in her movies. In time for the holidays, Hudgens is back in November 2021 with her starring role in “The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star.”
Miley Cyrus - $5.8 Million (Tennessee)
Even as Miley Cyrus is a famed superstar, she never seems to forget her roots. She purchased a $5.8-million two-story mansion in her beloved hometown of Franklin Tennessee. So even when her career takes her around the world, she will always have a home in the country for a relaxing retreat.
Sitting atop a 33-acre estate, the ranch-like veranda of the five-bedroom mansion pronounces its prominent southern features and gives it a rustic vibe. Cyrus will be away from home again as it was announced in 2021 that she will join Green Day to bring pop-punk to L.A for the 2022 Super Bowl weekend and we can’t wait!
Cindy Crawford – $45 Million (Malibu)
Homes like Cindy Crawfords that overlook the ocean and give exceptional sunset and sunrise views seem too magical to be real. You would think the pictures of the mansion are just aesthetically imagined paintings when you see the tall windows in place of walls and the wrap-around decking that makes the living room seem extended to the outdoors.
For this dreamlike mansion, former supermodel Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber paid a whopping $50.5 million but have sold it at a small discount of $45 million. Crawford featured as a guest star on the unscripted “Friends: The Reunion” TV special in May 2021.
Emma Stone - $3.9 Million (Beverly Hills)
Celebrities love their privacy and Emma Stone’s Beverly Hills mansion tucked away in the coldwater canyon area of L.A. offers just that. It’s no wonder the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home sold so quickly, just a month after she put up the luxury house for sale, and for the exact asking price as well.
Other reasons the house is so sought after include the wet bar, a spa shower, and an exciting marble fireplace that is directly accessible from the master suite. And even with her black and white hair, you must have noticed Stone was the actress who played Disney’s “Cruella” in May 2021.
Chrissy Teigen – $16.8 Million (Beverly Hills)
There’s no better house to live in with your partner than Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom Beverly Hills mansion. Of course, for cookbook author Teigen, the state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen was probably the hardest to say goodbye to but in August 2021, the couple finally moved out of this home.
The 8,520-square-foot home has a piano in the entrance as you would imagine, seeing as it's 12-time grammy winner Legend's home as well. It also features a hot tub, saltwater pool, and soundproofed home theater. In November 2021, the couple's new 11,000-square-foot home hosted their high-class friends in a "Squid Game" themed party based on the Netflix show.
Sharon Stone – $9 Million (Los Angeles)
"Basic Instinct" star Sharon Stone lives in her deluxe house with three of her kids. She has managed to make the Los Angeles home comfortable enough to sustain children and glamorous enough to match the taste of a successful Hollywood actress like herself.
Her living room houses a glittering chandelier hanging from an amethyst-toned ceiling. And the comfy Minotti sofas are certainly an attraction for the family to plunge into and discuss their days. Maybe they can soon discuss that giraffe costume Stone had on in the comedy-drama "Here Today" that was released in May 2021.
Paris Jackson – $2 Million (Los Angeles)
At 18, there aren't many people who have the luxury of moving out of their parents' homes into even more luxurious estates. But Paris Jackson is lucky, being the daughter of late pop legend Michael Jackson. The house was left to her as part of her trust and she moved in after leaving her grandmother's house to live by herself.
Since the rest of the house was still under renovations, she settled in the guesthouse where the late star made some of his music. Jackson prefers to live off the grid but was recently featured in the comedic movie "Habit," which was released in August 2021.
Armie Hammer - $5.8 Million (Los Angeles)
The "Call Me By Your Name" actor Armie Hammer shows off his exquisite taste in the Tudor-style house he acquired in the Hancock Park neighborhood. From the exterior, you see a vintage style of ornate woodwork and casement windows but that completely throws you off the scent of the modern design that lies inside.
The five-bedroom and five-and-a-half-bathroom mansion begins with a two-story foyer displaying vintage door frames and wooden banisters. And the modern look comes from fresh white paint perfectly contrasted by greenery. Unfortunately, Hammer has stepped away from important projects in 2021 due to cascading allegations of carnal violation brought against him and many believe he may need therapy.
Shonda Rhimes - $8.8 Million (Los Angeles)
Hancock Park seems to be a celebrity hot spot and the creator of “Bridgerton,” Shonda Rhimes, joined the pack when she purchased a century-old mansion in the neighborhood.
Spanning about 1.25 acres, this 12,000-square-foot historical structure with a distinct Spanish-style backyard was not exactly Rhimes' taste at the beginning. But she touched up the seven-bedroom mansion to look like a brilliant castle that could have come to life from one of her imaginative writings. Rhimes whose $100 million Netflix deal was increased and extended in 2021 has listed this home for nearly three times the purchase price at $26 million.
Nicole Kidman - $3.5 Million (Tennessee)
You can’t get the country out of “Undoing” star Nicole Kidman and that’s why she spends most of her time in her Nashville home. And even with all its modern amenities, her favorite place is most likely the blue and white striped armchair by the window where she’s usually with a book like we saw on her Instagram when she took to learning Italian during the pandemic.
She shares the nearly 11,000-square-foot seven-bedroom mansion with her husband, their two daughters, and her cats. It’s a perfect home for Kidman who stars in the Amazon Prime series that started in August 2021, “Nine Perfect Strangers.”
Jennifer Garner - $13.9 Million (Los Angeles)
The “13 Going On 30” star Jennifer Garner is killing this all-white theme of her house that extends right from the traditional exterior to its spacious interiors. Although it’s a lease, she lives in this sophisticated property with her three children who are much-needed occupants to completely utilize the four en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor.
The house which has symmetrical balconies is adorned with a fantastic pool and patio just by the entrance. We don’t know how liberal Garner is with her three kids at home but she surely had fun saying yes to her kids in the “Yes Day” movie that was released in March 2021.
Jamie Dornan - $3.2 Million (Los Angeles)
Jamie Dornan lived a lavish life as Christian Grey in “Fifty Shades of Grey,” and his life outside the character seems to also enjoy some of that luxury. But his sunlit L.A. home with its colorful theme brought on by beautiful greenery is not grey in any way.
The 2,510-square-foot estate is a modern masterpiece with the living room separated from a den by a double-sided fireplace and it gives an amazing outdoor to indoor balance with direct access to the backyard through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Dornan is rumored to be in talks with Marvel recently but he was last seen on November 12, 2021, in "Belfast."
Kristen Wiig - $5.2 Million (Los Angeles)
It's not every day that one gets $100k extra on the asking price of a home, so there must be something amazing about the actress and comedian Kristen Wiig's home. And she deserved to make such profit too—three times the amount she paid—after her efforts in updating the house to have a pool and a guest house.
No house ever sold for as much as Wiig's house at $5.2 million in that district just above Silver Lake Reservoir making it a historical record. But breaking real estate records isn't all she's up to lately. She wrote and starred in the comedy "Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar," in 2021.
Amber Rose – $4 Million (Los Angeles)
The modeling star Amber rose has a mansion in L.A. that matches her beauty and is worthy of being called hers. For a celebrity like Rose who is usually the talk of the media, her home doesn't offer much privacy. But the tall trees, high fences, and gates sure do their best to make up for it.
The two-story luxury pad is a six-bedroom eight-bathroom delight that spans 7,233 square feet. Almost every feature it has makes the house look like a perfect place to host a party. But since she's living there with her son whom she had in 2019, some restrictions will have to come into place.
Megan Fox - $3.7 Million (Los Angeles)
This gorgeous Mediterranean-style mansion belonged to Megan Fox and her now ex-husband Brian Austin Green. The Los Feliz home came with a nice pool and offered them an amazing view of Long Beach, Century City, and the ocean. But they also updated it with bold wallpapers, surveillance cameras, and a sound system.
The couple who has regrettably split in 2021, bought this home just a year before they were married and enjoyed their brief four years living in the house before selling it in 2014. And Fox wasted no time being single as she seems to be hitting things off with Machine Gun Kelly.
Ariana Grande – $14 Million (Los Angeles)
There isn't anyone who isn't familiar with the pop star Ariana Grande. And knowing her success story it's not surprising that she owned this massive 10,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles. She bought the house in 2020 which features all the luxury you can think of and yes, including an infinity swimming pool!
Grande spent no more than a year in this home but still made a $300k profit from its sale in October 2021. Perhaps even with all the luxury, it's hard to hold her in one place for long. But with her marriage to the house agent Dalton Gomez, she's probably getting a sweeter deal than that.
Chris Pratt – $4.7 Million (Los Angeles)
The marital home of Chris Pratt and Anna Faris stayed on the market for two years before it finally sold in 2020. Perhaps buyers were also fans of their marriage and weren't pleased with their divorce. Most of their married days were spent in this home and it must have been an emotional moment when the sale was finalized.
The four-bedroom two-story complex takes up about 4,700 square feet of space which features several extensive renovations done over the years and a very intimate wrap-around wet bar. Pratt is focusing more on his career and he starred in the Amazon Prime original movie "The Tomorrow War," in July 2021.
Kylie Jenner – $3.6 Million (Calabasas)
Kylie Jenner is a legacy child who bought this house in Calabasas as her first home at the age of 17. We can only imagine what a 17-year-old would have been doing with a five-bedroom six-bathroom home. Maybe she had a timetable to decide what room she would sleep in each day.
This $2.7 million Tuscan-style residence was just the beginning of Jenner's escapades with luxury homes and she has since acquired more including the $36.5 million home she bought in April 2020 in Holmby Hills. Since the "Astroworld" tragedy in November 2021, Jenner's businesses have been threatened and we hope she pulls through eventually.
Jennifer Lawrence - $7 Million (Beverly Hills)
The "Hunger Games" megastar Jennifer Lawrence scooped up this 5,500-square-foot Beverly Hills home just when her career was taking off. Even if no one considered her a big name in Hollywood at the time, this purchase certainly brought her some celebrity status because she became neighbors with already established icons like Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher.
There's just no way to look at Lawrence's gorgeous five-bedroom home and not love every aspect of it. The backyard pool and outdoor courtyard contribute immensely to its intoxicating appeal. Lawrence is now an undisputed icon in the industry with star roles in movies like 2019’s “X-men: Dark Phoenix.”
Sunny Leone – $3.7 Million (Los Angeles)
Where do we even start from! Actress Sunny Leone's massive 43,560-square-foot bungalow gives us an entirely new perspective on luxury. And the big Hollywood sign is just five minutes away from their country-style estate.
Standing on Sherman Oaks, the five-bedroom dream home has an amazing lawn with classy seating arrangements to experience the best view of the city. There’s truly nothing that beats this experience. Leone spent the entire lockdown period in this house with her husband Daniel Weber and their kids. In November 2021, she became the first Indian actress to sell her brand’s collectible as an NFT which uses blockchain technology.
Kendall Jenner – $8.5 Million (West Hollywood)
Again with the Jenners, but this time it's the supermodel Kendall Jenner who once lived in this breathtaking three-story house. Jenner didn't stay here for long because of unfortunate incidences of stalking and break-ins which would drive anyone away, much more a celebrity of her status who hit 200 million Instagram followers in November 2021.
She sold the house just after a year of living there and still made a $300k profit from the sale. The house has come back on the market at a higher price of $8.5 million and we hope this time it comes with a house alarm to prevent any future occurrence of burglary.
Celine Dion - $28 Million (Florida)
How do you imagine that the biggest names in the entertainment industry live? We bet a megastar like Celine Dion would have you imagining all sorts of luxury but there's no way in your wildest imagination that you would have thought up a water park mansion!
The 11,000-square-foot estate on Jupiter Islands has everything you could ever dream of. There's a beach house with a massage room, a living room overlooking the Atlantic ocean, and three separate pools. It's like Dion created her own little island. She would have started the European leg of her Courage World Tour in April 2020 but it was postponed to 2023 due to the pandemic.
Julia Roberts - $8.3 Milion (San Francisco)
Actress Julia Roberts seems to be looking to make some real estate profits by choosing to live in San Francisco when many of her fellow Hollywood stars favor accommodation close to work. But as a plus to her decision, she enjoys an amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge from her victorian style home.
Spread across 6,245 square feet and five floors, the five-bedroom complex is much suitable for their family life. It would seem that even more than acting, Roberts is focusing more on her teenage kids having normal lives. She also dropped out of Apple TV+ "The Last Thing He Told Me" in November 2021 due to scheduling conflicts.
Antonio Banderas - $3.9 Million (Surrey)
The famous actor Antonio Banderas is known for his star role in "The Mask of Zorro." He purchased this house after he split from his wife and moved in with his girlfriend. The house in Surrey is one of many celebrity abodes in the area and offers Banderas a great deal of privacy being tucked away in the woods.
The Eco-friendly nature of this five-bedroom is its major appeal as the entire building is made of glass and wood beams. Banderas may not be able to take the Zorro mask off but in 2020 he was cast in a role yet to be revealed, in the upcoming "Uncharted" movie.
Madonna - $19.3 Million (Hidden Hills)
Who knew the pop legend Madonna and “The Hills” singer The Weeknd were in bed together working out a sweet deal for his Hidden Hills home. She drove a fair bargain and finally arrived at a price just shy of $20 million to acquire his lavish estate.
The 12,500-square-foot mansion is distinct with massive lawns and a luxurious display of white interiors. Knowing The Weeknd, no luxury was missing and the house is complete with a pool, spa, wine cellar, and of course, a fast car garage. Madonna became its owner in 2021, the same year she released “Madam X,” a documentary film about her.
Robert Pattinson - $2.2 Million (Hollywood Hills)
The Twilight actor Robert Pattinson enjoys one of the most peaceful homes in Hollywood Hills. The 10,440-square-foot home is hidden within trees giving him much-needed privacy that helped when he needed to escape the heartbreak he suffered from former lover and co-star Kristen Stewart.
The late ‘50s hacienda-style two-bedroom home is distinguished by its numerous and slightly cryptic doors. But they seem appropriate for Pattison since it is public knowledge that he is the new Batman, and we know how cryptic Batman can be. Apart from acting, Pattison is now voyaging into producing as he signed a production deal with Warner Divisions in May 2021.
Rihanna - $7.8 Million (Hollywood Hills)
Rihanna certainly shines bright like a diamond, whether it’s in her Swarovski encrusted outfits or her lavish Hollywood Hills mansion with outstanding exteriors and a pristine interior. The Fenty founder who became a billionaire in 2021 has put up this luxury house for sale hoping to make a cool million dollars in profit, even though we can confidently say she doesn’t need it.
The six-bedroom nine-bathroom villa has an in-house fully equipped workout station, movie theatre, and large pool. We surely won’t want to part with a house this amazing but Rihanna has many other properties in the same area, so it makes sense to offload a few.
Jay Leno – $13.5 Million (Rhode Island)
Legendary television host Jay Leno went above and beyond in this $13 million castle he acquired for himself in Rhode Island. It's a historic mansion with modern features like an infinity swimming pool, private beaches, and a tennis court.
Inside the 12 bedroom oceanfront home lies a paneled library, a chef's kitchen, and a formal dining area that completes the home. After Leno retired from "The Tonight Show" almost a decade ago, he has not stopped making his mark as a presenter. He hosted the 2021 comedy quiz game "You Bet Your Life."
Bella Thorne - $3.3 Million (California)
Bella Thorne is a pretty young actress but is making a name for herself. She already joined the list of several hot celebrities who have purchased a luxury house for sale in California. After earning fame as a former Disney star, she has brought her multitalented self to Hollywood's playing field.
The house she purchased rests on the hilltop of Topanga, right in the center of Calabasas and Malibu. Her grand foyer opens into two curved staircases whose center leads to a double-height living space complete with a glittering chandelier. Thorne made her first Latin Grammy appearance in 2021, wearing a jaw-dropping red Versace mini dress.
Billie Eilish – $800k (Los Angeles)
You must have heard about the "Ocean Eyes" singer who became a sensation on SoundCloud and was subsequently catapulted into fame at only 19 years old. Billie Eilish's abode is quite a surprise because, at the moment, she's not only a multiple grammy award winner but also a Guinness World Record breaker whose net worth is as much as $53 million.
That being said, Eilish who released a sophomore album in 2021 "Happier Than Ever," still lives with her parents in this two-bedroom 1,208-square-foot Los Angeles home. Its $800k price tag is only because of Eilish's fame but its original value is $240k. She is perhaps the humblest celebrity alive!
Britney Spears – $7.4 Million (California)
Britney Spears has been the top celebrity news lately because of a controversial conservatorship she has finally broken free from in 2021 and thanks to Hulu's "Framing Britney Spears," we get an in-depth look into it. Despite this 13 year struggle, she has had a highly successful career, and her 21-acre Thousand Oaks estate is one luxury that proves it.
The Italian-style mansion has a three-green golf course which we're not sure Spears plays, but the real highlight of this home lies inside beginning with the marble foyer with pillars and tall windows. Through these windows, the house provides a panoramic view of the mountain and valleys.
Conor McGregor – $3.9 Million (Kildare, Ireland)
The famous UFC champion Conor McGregor is a very wealthy man who was ranked the world's highest-paid athlete in 2021. Sadly, he won't get to throw some money into expanding this Kildare mansion because his request to demolish the detached garage and update the home with several additional luxuries was denied.
This doesn't mean that the five-bedroom six-bathroom mansion isn't a masterpiece on its own. It has a stunning dining room, a personal workout station, and a games room. The bathrooms are also very fancy with soak-in tubs that make you want to be there all day.
Anderson Silva – $4.9 Million (Los Angeles, California)
Anderson Silva nicknamed The Spider is a professional UFC legend who bagged his second boxing win of 2021 on September 11, 2021. He is still trying to get a win on another end by making about three times the amount he used to acquire his California mansion, listing it for $4.9 million. And considering what the 7,270-square-foot home has to offer, we think it's a fair deal.
The house is an open space concept with vaulted ceilings and skylights. And its retractable glass walls make the outdoor and indoor areas barely distinct so it's easy to feel like you have an indoor swimming pool even if it's outdoors.
Jennifer Lopez – $10 Million (Hidden Hills)
Jeniffer Lopez is an icon to this generation and we like to emulate her in many ways. But how are we going to cough up $10 million to live the lavish life she did in her Hidden Hills home?
The sprawling property spans a massive 17,000 square feet and houses nine bedrooms, a bar area, and a 20 seat movie theatre. If we had that, it's movie night every night for sure. JLo gave us Déjà vu with a stunning performance of "On My Way(Marry Me)" at the AMAs on November 22, 2021, in a bridal dress.
